This home sleeps 4 plus and it is located in the San Francisco neighborhood of West Portal. This bright and sunny home is warm and cozy - perfect for both first-time and returning San Francisco visitors.

West Portal is a small neighborhood situated on the western slopes of San Francisco. It offers a mix of shops, a variety of great restaurants, neighborhood bars, Peet’s, Starbucks and a local cinema; all of which lend to an atmosphere of 'retro-style' charm.

The superb location of our home will provide you with convenient access to all areas in San Francisco. We are one block from the West Portal Muni station where you can board the K, L or M trains to reach the waterfront to visit Pier 39, Fisherman’s Wharf, Alcatraz and more! Visit Oracle Park Baseball Stadium, Home of the World Series SF Giants; enjoy shopping at Union Square, or ride our famous Cable Cars!

Accommodations: Main level of this two story home offer’s two bedrooms, one full bathroom, formal living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer on-site. Both driveway and plentiful neighborhood parking available.

We offer all the amenities needed to make you feel right at home.

Perfectly located for a stay in the city. The neighborhood is lovely and steps away from great restaurants, shopping, and gourmet food stores. The train to downtown, beach, zoo is around the corner so you get the best of both worlds, a safe vibrant neighborhood to give you the feel of living in the city and access to all of the city has to offer. Parking at house is easy if you decide to have a car. Home is warm and inviting, beds are comfortable and kitchen is charming and perfectly appointed. Owner is welcoming, responsive when needed, and a wonderful host. Highly recommend a stay here.

Debra is an excellent host. She was appropriately communicative and available for anything we needed. Her home is clean, quiet, beautifully decorated, and comfortable - exactly what we needed. It is in a great part of the city plus right down the street from a muni stop so easy to get anywhere you want to go. I highly recommend Debra's home and would stay here again.

The home is in a great SF neighborhood.

Very walkable neighborhood with restaurants, groceries, parks, wine and even medical services nearby. The transit station will connect you with all parts of San Francisco. Host was very helpful and great to work with.

The location of this property was very close to all the wonderful locations in San Francisco, including the Golden Gate. We appreciated the beautiful neighborhood, great places to eat for all cuisines, and the clean and cozy homely home, that was well stocked and with all the right touches to make our family's visit with teens a very comfortable and enjoyable vacation to this sliver of the West Coast. The host was very communicative and very attentive to the needs of our family, going out of her way to assist. All in all, it was a wonderful stay over 5 nights for our family.

Wonderful time in San Fran

Debra was great with communication…upfront, checking in during our stay and at the end. Home is in a great neighborhood within walking distance to public transit and a cute stretch of shops and restaurants. We also loved the easy parking. Home was well stocked and comfy beds. Had a great stay!

Perfection!

This home is so lovely and feels like a home away from home! I couldn't believe how wonderful the neighborhood was, and we enjoyed so many excellent eateries and local shopping. This property was so perfect that I booked it to return for my anniversary! The host was so helpful and kind - I will be visiting this property often.

Excellent Location

This charming 2-bed house was perfect for our needs and was a very short walk to excellent Muni connections and to all necessities on the main drag of West Portal. Our host was very communicative and responsive. Would certainly consider staying here on a future trip.

This was a perfect property for us to stay at while visiting San Francisco. The house was easy to find, on a quiet street, very comfortable beds, and has everything you need for your stay. The Muni stop at West portal is a short walk down the hill and takes you into downtown in 15 minutes. The town of West Portal is also a gem for those looking for a home base to explore the city or get away from the conference you’re attending downtown. We ate a different restaurant every night and they were all excellent. Our host Deb was amazing! Very communicative. Very helpful. I really appreciate everything you did for us. Thanks.

Wonderful place in a cute neighborhood

Deb’s place was perfect for my family and I when we came to San Francisco to visit my parents. The home was lovely, comfortable, and neat - a real home away from home. The neighborhood was cute and walkable with local shops and delicious restaurants. Deb was a great host and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, lovely home

My daughter and I had a great trip to SF and this home was just right for us! Great location for picking up local transit, restaurants and stores close too. Loved that there was an assigned parking spot so we didn’t have to move the car! Lovely home, comfy beds, well equipped and clean! And great communication with the owner! Definitely a great place to stay!

Comfortable apartment at perfect location

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The apartment itself is spacious, clean & comfortable. But it was the location that made our stay so memorable - just a short walk from the public transportation hub at West Portal with great restaurants and interesting shops. We felt like we weren’t just tourists but part of the neighborhood.
