Bedrooms
We offer three ground-floor bedrooms, each with king-sized beds and the capacity to accommodate up to 5 guests per room (2 on bed + 3 on extra mattresses). Two rooms come with air-conditioning and attached washrooms, while the third offers natural ventilation and a dedicated washroom in living room.
Bathrooms
All three bathrooms are thoughtfully maintained, each featuring a hot shower, sink with mirror, Western-style toilets with jet sprays, and 2 towels per room. Simple, clean, and functional.
Living Room
Our cozy living area invites you to sink into comfortable sofas, with a TV for entertainment. built-in speaker system that connects to our dedicated music room + dance floor. Perfect for evening conversations, casual lounging, or dancing the night away.
Food and Dining
Meals can be ordered directly from the property’s menu. Our kitchen team serves homely, freshly made dishes.
Outdoor Spaces
Step outside and let the peaceful surroundings embrace you.
Our property features a private 4.5-ft deep pool, complete with poolside speakers for your favourite tunes. Though there are no pool loungers or towels, the pool lights and built-in filtration keep it fresh and inviting. Whether you're having a morning splash or a sunset raindance, this is where the fun begins.
Please note: pool access closes by 9:30 pm.
A lush garden surrounds the property, ideal for early morning walks or relaxing with your pet (though the lawn is best avoided at night due to forest bugs and mosquitoes snakes can also be spotted at some times).
We also offer a bonfire (₹500) and a barbecue kit (₹2000 for 3kg non-veg+veg marination included)—great for cozy evenings under the stars.

Guest access
You’ll have private access to the entire property, including the pool, living room, bedrooms, garden, bonfire area, and indoor games room. Guests will not have access to the kitchen but can order meals from our in-house menu.

Mobile Networks: All major networks work well here.
Power: Inverter and generator available for lights and fans.
Accessibility: Entire property is wheelchair friendly.
CCTV: For your safety, we have cameras in the parking area and corridors.
Pets: Allowed, but not in the pool. Cleaning/damage charges apply if necessary.
Weather Note: Monsoons bring lush greenery—and a few bugs and snakes. Please avoid walking on the lawn at night.

Last stretch of approach road to the property is little patchy, drive carefully, especially during monsoon

Check-out (Weekdays): 1 pm – 11 am also 6 pm – 4 pm
Quiet Hours: 11 pm – 7 am
Pool Use: Closes at 9:30 pm
Smoking: Allowed in designated outdoor areas only
Alcohol: Consumption is allowed in designated areas, but we do not hold a license, so it is officially not permitted
Visitors: Not allowed
Security Deposit: ₹5000 (weekends), ₹3000 (weekdays), refundable
Events & Stag Groups: Allowed (stag group must be 18+)
Self cooking not allowed

Small patch of kaccha road before the property – easily drivable, just slower in monsoons
