LUXURY LAKESIDE VILLA

The house has 7 bedrooms with private bathroom. One of them has a queen bed and has a separate room with a twin bed with protection for babies and another twin bed underneath. There are five bedrooms with a pair of twin beds each One with two queen beds and a balcony.
In another building there are 2 more bedrooms with 2 twin beds that share a bathroom, this two "extra" bedrooms are not part of the seven described and are of much lower quality than the others, they were constructed for staff.
The kitchen is fully equipped and even has an indoor barbecue. There is an automatic Saeco Expresso Coffee machine and a freezer as well as a two door refrigerator. Beside the kitchen is the laundry room with washing machine and drier. In the playroom there is a big fireplace that can also be used as a barbecue and there is a ping pong and a pool table (which may be turned into an extra dining table) as well as Smart TV with Direct TV. In the living room there is a big fireplace and the dining room has a table to sit 14 to 16 persons The house has a SPA that consists of a Dry Sauna a Scottish Shower and a Finnish Shower as well as a massage table. There is a large outside deck with a jacuzzi and a sloping garden ending in the Nahuel Huapi lake with a small family dock . On the upper level of the garden there is a tennis court. The entrance door is protected by a roof that may be used to park up to 4 cars.
I highly recommend renting a car to get around, as distances to businesses and restaurants in Bariloche require it.
