Our 2 Storey Cottage plus a fully finished basement, boasts a unique 2 Wings concept with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a powder-room.

The Main ground floor comprises the Kitchen, Dining-room, living-room with a 55'' Smart TV with Roku, one bedroom (1 Queen-size Bed) and a full bathroom with bathtub and shower.

The Second floor holds 3 rooms (1 Master bedroom with a King-size plus 1 bedroom with a Queen-size bed) along with a kids' room (with 3 single Beds) plus a powder-room (Toilet & sink).

In the fully finished basement you will find another beautiful full bathroom with dual sinks, a bathtub and a full shower along with a huge living-space with a wood-burning stove (only for winter months) plus a small vintage fridge.
Also in the basement you'll find a 75in Smart LED HDTV and a Soccer table (baby-foot) along with several board games.
We provide Unlimited WiFi & access to Prime and Disney+ (subject to change) for your cocooning evenings after a day of activities.

The fully equipped Kitchen has a 2 doors fridge, a stove and a microwave, 2 coffee machines (one of 12 cups and a Keurig), a 4-slice toaster, a wireless electric kettle, a Panini Grill, an electric mixer and a dishwasher.

The dining room table can seat 8 people. Also there are 2 extra dining tables with 4 chairs each.

Located directly on the private Lake Amico, our cottage offers a beautiful sandy beach with a paddle-boat and 4 kayaks.
