Each home includes a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, fast WiFi, and a private balcony. Onsite amenities range from a rooftop deck and outdoor movie theater to a hot tub, dog park, two fitness centers, and even Stoney’s Bar & Grill.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.

For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
