Antler Ridge Party House and Lodge

Antler Ridge Lodge is a vacation rental property located on the outskirts of Watkins Glen, NY at the southern tip of Seneca Lake in the heart of the Finger Lakes.

Antler Ridge Lodge sits on 10 acres of land is a short distance from town. Our comfortable home features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths with a basement bunk room. The house sleeps up to 16 people. The property has a large wrap around deck, lawn area for games, lots of parking for your boat etc. and a large fire pit to sit around. You are not going to get this in an in town rental.

The home is quiet and secluded, with a large wrap around deck, fire pit with wood provided and plenty of parking on site. The main level has a great room, dining room, well-equipped kitchen, master bedroom and full bath, the second floor has 3 bedrooms and full bath, the lower level has a bunk-room, sauna, and half bath. The property also has satellite TV and air conditioning. (Window Units)

The Party House can be rented for an additional fee of $1050.00 and features a large bar area, a full kitchen for caterers, large barbecue grill, and a large patio area. These features make it a great place to hold events or parties.

This rental is a short drive to the north entrance of the Watkins Glen State Park from the property. It`s 1.2 miles from the main entrance of Watkins Glen State Park and 5 miles from the Watkins Glen International Speedway. We are also a short drive to several of the lakes in the Finger Lakes area - Seneca, Keuka, Lamoka, and Waneta.

There are many quaint stores to explore and shop at in the village of Watkins Glen as well as numerous wineries and distilleries close by. There's so much to do near this rental!

The Finger Lakes region has lots to offer during all seasons. Our cozy rental is family-friendly, Couples and families, come and stay with us and enjoy outdoor activities accessible right from our property. There's always something going on and whether you like serene hikes or festivals with a lot of activities including music, wine, and beer tasting or shopping - it's all happening here! Lots of fun for the kids too! This is a great location for quiet rural nights after fun-filled days!

House was large and worked great for our group of 2 families. Outdoor space was very nice lots of seating and tables. We had one small issues on first day but host took care of problem and followed up to make sure everything was going well. Location was very close to town, not really walkable but only 3-4 minute drive. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. had every type of pot, pan, bowls colander sheet pans etc.

The property was large but a bit outdated for the price. The host is nice and the area is beautiful. The code unlocked the door with no issue but we couldn't figure out how to lock the door when we would leave. We wanted to grill but they have a blackstone that was rusted so we never used it and had to fry the burgers and chicken inside on the stove. Overall it was a very nice stay and home.

The space inside was decently clean and roomy. We tried to find a broom to clean the patio area and a little in the kitchen but couldn’t locate one. The pictures were accurate. It has a cabin vibe and it is far enough away from the town to escape any noise or traffic but close enough to commute there. I saw reviews earlier talking about bugs but we did not deal with that issue. The communication was a little difficult, we weren’t sure what to do with the collectibles and garbage at the end of the stay. Overall we enjoyed our stay and I would book there again. It was perfect for a nascar race weekend.

The house and area around the house were very nice. We seen deer grazing every morning. The house is close to so many things to do. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed our stay.

Watkins Glen Weekend Getaway

Great location near downtown, lake and race track. House has plenty of space inside and out, with awesome property for entertaining. Would highly recommend to large groups wanting to be close to town.

Wonderful stay

From the start of booking all the way through checkout, the property manager was responsive. The house was the cleanest I’ve seen at any property I’ve stayed at and the host provided all essentials as well as games and much more. I enjoyed my stay here and I would suggest booking here if you are staying in Watkins Glen.

Nice property for entertainment

Beautiful outdoor space for large groups! Lots of outdoor equipment available. Kitchen well stocked and plenty of towels. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great stay

4 couples went up to the finger lakes for a long weekend, plenty of room, plenty of bathrooms, we didn’t spend lots of time at the house but, could see staying there again longer and utilizing all the property offers. .5 miles from upper park entrance & a mile from downtown

Perfect Escape!

We stayed at Antler Ridge for our anniversary weekend with our family, and it did not disappoint! The property and home are BEAUTIFUL! The fire pit was perfect for a late night card game. We had a small glitch when we checked in but Marty was quick to address it and none of our plans were affected! Thank you for sharing this gem with us!

Girls weekend

We rented the property for a girls weekend and it was the best! They have a book of local treats to eat and places to go and the property was FUN. The deck outside was our main hangout and everything was clean and kitchen well stocked for us to cook in.

Overall a solid experience

The best part of the property is the thoughtful outdoor space and different built in activities. The house was clean and everything we needed and more were provided. Definitely would recommend.

Weekend Getaway

Overall, this property was beautiful to stay at. The location was secluded so we had our privacy and there were plenty of space and rooms for all of us. Our favorite part, was the wrap around deck and the seating area by the fire. It was a perfect weekend getaway and would recommend! There were only a couple window air conditioning units so if you plan to stay in the summer with a lot of guests make sure to pack some fans!

The perfect event setting!

My husband and I renewed our vows for our 25th wedding anniversary, and we used both the main house and the party house for the event. We comfortably slept 13 people in the house, and hosted about 30 people for the event itself. There was plenty of space in the party house to host the reception, and we had fires every evening with the plentiful wood that the hosts provided. Overall, this was a perfect venue for our group!!

What an amazing house location and host

The house was great for our family reunion! The wrap around patio and fire pit was the focal part of our trip. The location was 7 minute drive to the state park and 3 minute drive to the tip of the lake. The house was spacious and clean. Cheryl was our main contact during our stay...was absolutely wonderful. She was so helpful with reccomendations it made us feel so comfortable with the area. Thanks again!!

Great getaway

We had a wonderful visit! Lots of credit to Cheryl and her team for offering us their lovely place. Cheryl was super helpful, and cares a lot about feedback from customers. The house itself was great. HUGE deck to accomodate big groups. Also plenty of firewood. Thanks again Cheryl. You helped make an unforgettable trip possible.

Great Location

It was a great place to get away with the family. Plenty of space to move around. We spent a lot of time on the decks. The creek was so helpful to get relief from the heat. The beds were not the most comfortable and the sheets would not stay on . That was why i gave 4 stars and not 5.

Great Stay

My friends and I recently stayed here for a long weekend. Cheryl and Marty were wonderful, greeting us upon our arrival and gifting us with two delicious bottles of wine from a local winery. The house was spacious and comfortable with plenty of seating both inside and outside for our large group. The bed I slept on was very comfortable and the rooms had so much storage and closet space! They also provided everything we could ever need at the house! It was stocked with enough plates and towels for a small army so we never ran out! I highly recommend this listing if you are looking to get away for the weekend with some friends! Thanks Marty and Cheryl for an amazing stay!

Perfect for large family gathering

This was a fabulous place for a large family get together. It was as advertised. We especially enjoyed the ample space, including a large basement where the kids could play their favorite games. The only downsides were no washer/dryer (though the manager said they would make a laundry room available in the coming months) and no internet. Fortunately our mifi devices worked so no harm. Management was extremely responsive when we had questions or an issue. We would gladly stay here next time we visit the region.

We will return!

We are a group of friends/daughters ranging in age from 30 to 75. This was the 14th year for our wine tour. This house was perfect for us. The deck space was beautiful and we used it at sunrise and sunset! The only issue we had was that there was no internet or tv service. There was a router but we couldn’t get it to connect. There was Direct TV but it would not connect either. Overall, we were very happy with the house. We will return!

Great house in a beautiful setting

Sixteen family members, including kids and a baby, stayed at the property. The house is convenient to everything on a beautiful and quiet hillside just a mile or so from town - a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk. Some of our group actually pitched tents on the grounds, but the indoor sleeping arrangements were adequate. The kids enjoyed the downstairs bunk room. (Be aware that the bunk room sleeps 8, but 4 of the sleeping spaces are upper bunks which are a tight fit even for children.) We hope that the landlord will be able to replace missing screens on the porch, and have some window cranks repaired. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience for our family reunion.
