Upon entering our home, you'll be greeted by our staircase, which leads to the second and third floors. On the second floor, enjoy our open-concept kitchen, living room and dining area!



Directly at the top of the stairs, you'll see our fully stocked kitchen. Here, you'll find plenty of built-in storage as well as everything you need to whip up your favorite meal or baked goods. Our ultra-cozy living space has a couch and a Smart TV with cable! In this space, you'll find our six-top dining table and have access to our porch area.



When it's time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our three beds:

(1) Our first bedroom is on the ground floor and has a King-size bed, closet, Smart TV with cable and nearby bathroom.

(2) Our second bedroom is on the third floor and has a King-size bed, a closet, Smart TV with cable, and a nearby bathroom.

(3) There is also a Twin size air mattress to sleep an additional guest.

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

Whether you're coming up here to visit the University or get a taste of our favorite local eats, there's something for everyone in your crew. Located just a few minutes' walk from Fayetteville favorites like Crisis Brewery, Feed and Folly, the Fayetteville Town Square, and more.

House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.

- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
