This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom "basement" unit offers the perfect balance of comfort and functionality for families, friends, or business travelers. Step inside to an open-concept living space, complete with a large L-shaped sofa and a 58" Smart TV, ideal for cozy evenings or catching up on your favorite shows. A mini-split system ensures a comfortable atmosphere no matter the season!

The four-person dining area is perfect for enjoying meals together, while the two-seat breakfast bar provides a casual spot for coffee or a quick bite. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare delicious meals, from cookware and utensils to a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and coffee maker.

Just off the dining space, a small reading nook with a chair and table creates a quiet spot for an afternoon book or a remote work session. Behind a sliding door, you'll find your private washer and dryer, available for your exclusive use during your stay.

Both bedrooms feature queen-size beds, 43" Smart TVs, mini-split units, and workspaces, plus plenty of storage for clothes and personal items! One bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom, while the second full bathroom is conveniently located just off the living area. Fresh linens, pillows, towels, and starter toiletries are all provided to ensure a smooth, hassle-free stay.

For a change of scenery, step outside to the shared patio, where you can grill, play cornhole, or relax at the picnic table while enjoying the fresh air!

Rental Application Qualification Guidelines

To ensure the highest standards in our rental community, we have established the following qualification criteria for all applicants:

Identification and Social Security: Applicants must provide current photo identification and a valid social security number.

Income Requirements: Monthly household income must be at least 2.5 times the rent amount. All income sources must be verifiable, as unverified income cannot be considered.

Credit and Legal History:

Applicants must not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords.
A responsible financial history is essential, with a required credit score of at least 600.
Background Check: A thorough background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18, which must reflect a pattern of responsibility.

Guest Identification Requirement:
For security and compliance purposes, all guests over the age of 18 staying for the full duration of the reservation must provide a valid photo ID and email address to the host prior to check-in. This information is required to send and sign the Innkeeper Guest License Agreement. Failure to provide the requested information may result in cancellation of the reservation or denial of access to the unit until all required documentation is completed.

Non-Smoking Policy: All applicants must be non-smokers.

Occupancy Limit: Occupancy is limited to two people per bedroom.

Lease Term: Minimum lease term is 1 month.

Additional Security Measures: If an applicant does not meet one or more of the above criteria, the landlord may, at their discretion, require compensating factors such as an additional security deposit or a co-signer (guarantor) for qualification.

Selection Process: In cases of multiple applicants, tenancy will be offered to the most qualified individual(s) based on these criteria.
