Great for that family get together and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The home is fully furnished and fully equipped, including the well-appointed kitchen. Flat screen TVs throughout the condo with cable. Need to relax after a long day on the mountain relax in the outdoor hot tub. Right off the living room is the deck great view of the Flat Tops and South Valley. For those who want to keep in touch with the world outside Steamboat the condo offers wireless high-speed internet.

Steamboat’s annual snowfall averages over 333 inches and the term "Champagne Powder" was coined here. Steamboat offers almost 3000 acres of skiable terrain from the beginner to the hardcore. If summer is more to your liking, try mountain biking on some of the of outrageous terrain or kayak the roaring Yampa or fish on one of the many rivers and creeks or just hike around in one of the National Forest trails in the area. Suzie and Tom and Steamboat Lodging Properties represent a small number of homeowners who wish to share their homes here in Steamboat with guests who want to enjoy all that Steamboat has to offer.
