Dear guests,

Welcome to our newly built Villa "OLIVE TREE" located in a village called PISAK-Croatia.
Pisak is a coastal place with the most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic coast.

Our villa OLIVE TREE in its 3 bedrooms & living room sofa accommodates up to 8 adults & baby in a baby cot.
(Living room sofa sleeping size 160x200cm)

Each bedroom has its own bathroom (two en-suite bedrooms, one door next to)

This 4-star family-friendly villa is a chilling paradise with a heated pool and full privacy inside the fenced olive grows property.

It is close to the beach, town centre, restaurants, local shops and places to go out.

Private parking for 2 cars ensured.

For your youngest, we ensured the baby cot, baby chair and kid's playground.

For a perfect summer ambience, the pool and the whole property are lighted at night.

My wife & I built the villa with passion and love, carefully selected each piece of furniture and stacked it in the interior and exterior to provide you with a memorable summer holiday.

As a host with a reputation for high cleanliness standards we want our guests to know about our commitment to their health and safety, it is our priority. We make great efforts in this area.

Beautiful, clean and modern villa. Everything provided for a wonderful stay.Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, aircon worked perfectly. Small pool perfect for cooling off. Ivana and JoŔko were excellent hosts, great communication and nothing was too much trouble. Pisak is a beautiful village 5-8 minutes walk down a steep hill. Limited parking in village, so be aware if any mobility issues. Has supermarket, beach shop, fruit stall, coffee shop/bar, 2 restaurants, couple of small pebbly beaches with crystal clear water. All fab. Wish we were there, sad to come home!!

Fantastiskt hus men lite liten by

Huset var jƤttefint och vƤrdarna Ivana och Josko fantastiska. Vi hƤngde mycket pƄ baksidan i skuggan vid poolen, vilket var vƤldigt mysigt.Stƶrsta nackdelen var att Pisak Ƥr ganska litet, och vi saknade bil, vilket gjorde oss ganska lƄsta.

Great week in Pisak

Amazing house, everything in the ad and more. Loved the pool and the olive garden, and a absolutely gorgeous house. And a special thanks to Ivana and Josko for their hospitality! Pisak is small but youā€™ll find what you need for your stay here, 2-3 restaurants, bakery, a small supermarket and only 10 minutes by car to larger supermarkets. Highly recommended for a peaceful vacation in a supernice house!

Super zufrieden / absolutly happy

Die Vermieter sind ƤuƟerst nett, die HausĆ¼bergabe und auch die RĆ¼ckzahlung der Kaution verlief reibungslos. Auch die Lage ist sehr sehr ruhig. Bei einem kleinen Defekt, wurde sofort reagiert, und am selben Tag behoben. Die KĆ¼che ist optimal, allerdings fehlen kleine KĆ¼chenhilfen wie zum Beispiel GurkenschƤler, groƟe SalatschĆ¼ssel, ....; Wir waren drei Ehepaare und verlebten absolut schƶne Ferien bei Ivana und Josko in der "Villa Olive Tree". Immer wieder gerne

Fantastic villa and location

Clean, new, and beautifulvilla with private garden/terrace and pool, short walk to beach and restaurants, friendly householder. We enjoyed our stay and would strongly recommend this property.

A lovely, very private, villa set up above a quiet village. A steep walk down to the beach, shop and restaurant (only one restaurant open in May - but good!).

Schƶnes modernes Ferienhaus

Wir sind am Abreisetag herzlich in Empfang genommen worden. Aus gab es viele Tipps durch die Vermieter fĆ¼r AusflĆ¼ge und die tƤglichen Besorgungen. Das Haus hat alles was fĆ¼r eine Famile mit kleineren Kindern den Aufenthalt angenehm macht. Der Weg zum Strand war auch nicht weit und selbst im Oktober war das Wasser in der Adria noch warm, aber auch im Pool konnte noch gebadet werden.

Perfect holidays in Pisak

Our family enjoyed a beautiful week in the newly built villa ā€žOlive Treeā€œ. The house offers all amenities you need for a relaxing stay like airconditioning throughout the house, washing machine, dishwasher etc. and a big secluded garden with pool and many spots for lounging. The owners Ivana and JoÅ”ko were very friendly and helpful recommending us sightseeing places, beaches, mountain tours and restaurants in the area. We can only suggest to stay at this villa to enjoy lovely holidays in Dalmatia.

A lovely villa in a pretty village

We had a great 2 week stay in the villa. Josko and Ivanna were on hand and quickly responded to any questions we had about the area. The villa was very clean and comfortable with air conditioning throughout. The pool, although not big, was great for cooling off in. It is a pleasant walk down to the beach where there a 3 restaurants and a beach bar. The beaches are small and were quite crowded when we were there but the water is beautifully clear and warm. Pisak is a good base for exploring the coast and surrounding areas. I would definitely recommend the Olive Tree villa and Josko and Ivanna as hosts.

Perfect stay, new house, great and helpful owners

We have been lucky to be the very first guest to the newly built house "Olive Tree". The owners - Ivana and Jozko were very kind and helpful from the first day. They showed us all local activities/shopping ideas and all gave us all information and hints we needed for the perfect stay. We spend the whole June in the house, exploring the beauties of Omis Riviera and Makarska Riviera. In the house, you have everything you might need for cooking, laundry etc. The pool on the property is just great, it is hidden in the garden / yard behind the olive trees, so you have perfect privacy. We had the best vacation with our kids we could think of. I definitely recommend to stay in the house and the hospitality of the owners. You will be amazed.

Village Pisak is my home village. With my family, I live in the town of Split, only 40 minutes far from Pisak.
During the summer we are always in the Pisak stand at your disposal.

My hobby is producing extra virgin olive oil & vine. The local area is well known as Croatian vine and olive region.

Professionally I am employed in tourism for 25 years.
My wife Ivana and I have our tourist agency that offers you all the excursions and experiences in the region. With us, you will meet the local area, nature and gastronomy.
