The Sunset Rocks Hideaway - Waterfront + Plunge Pool

The “Sunset Rocks Hideaway” is your canal-front escape just a 2-min walk to the beach! Chill in our trendy 8-ft stock tank/plunge pool, or arrive by boat—our private dock is all yours (ramps nearby). Launch our kayaks or paddleboards, fire up the grill, lounge on the sun deck, or rinse off in the outdoor shower. Fast Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, and beach gear included. Sleeps 8; each bedroom has a private balcony with Gulf and sunset views.

Interior Features

Kitchen:
Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a fridge with ice/water dispenser, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, 4-slice toaster, blender, teapot, knife block, and drip filter, french press, and coffee pod coffee makers. Basic dishes, utensils, and select spices are provided, but cooking oil, coffee filters/pods may not be available.

Dining:
Enjoy meals at a dining table with seating for 6 (table has a built-in leaf to extend from 4 chairs to 6), plus 2 additional counter stools at the kitchen bar.

Living Area:
Relax in the cozy living room with a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), loveseat, full-sized cabinet murphy bed (sleeps 2), rocking chair, Roku TV, coffee table, two side tables, and a ceiling fan. A large sliding glass door opens to a private canal/beachfront balcony with two bistro sets (table + 2 chairs).

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Primary Bedroom (Upstairs):
Queen bed, dresser, 2 chairs, 2 nightstands, Roku TV, and a ceiling fan. Private Balcony.

Primary Bathroom (Upstairs):
Includes a tub/shower combo and single vanity.

Second Bedroom:
Queen bed, dresser, nightstand, Roku TV, and ceiling fan. Private Balcony.

Second Bathroom (Downstairs): Features a step-in shower and single vanity (no bathtub).

A twin memory foam mattress and fold-up bedframe is onsite in the 2nd bedroom closet. A pack 'n play baby crib is also located in the bedroom closet.

Laundry:
Full-sized washer and dryer in unit.

Beach Amenities:
Includes 4 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, 2 sea kayaks, 2 stand-up paddleboards, a beach canopy, umbrella, wagon, and toys for your convenience. Beach towels are provided for use during your stay.

Important Information
House Rules:

No smoking or vaping indoors. Violation may incur a $200–$500 remediation fee.

Tampering with or disabling the smoke detectors, Ring doorbell, or Internet is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

No parties or events.

Respect local noise ordinances.

Clean and return beach gear daily—do not leave outside overnight.

Supplies Provided:
Each stay includes limited starter supplies: 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, soap for each sink, 1 trash bag, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 dishwasher pods, and 2 laundry pods. One set of bath and beach towels per guest is provided, along with all bed linens.

Pet Policy:

No pets on furniture or beds please
Please clean up after your pet, both indoors and outdoors.

Age & Rental Policy:
The booking guest must be at least 25 and present for the entire stay. Adults may not book for minors.

Parking:
Includes 2 assigned parking spaces, plus access to 1 shared guest spot (first-come, first-served).

Enjoy the best of waterfront living with direct access to your private boat dock—perfect for boating, fishing, or simply taking in the peaceful canal views. The sun deck features a built-in fish cleaning station with sink, making it easy to prep your fresh catch after a day on the water.

Unwind in our cozy 8-ft plunge pool, twinkling under charming string lights—the perfect spot to cool off by day and relax under the stars. Please note: This is an unheated plunge pool designed for cooling off and relaxing rather than a heated spa experience. It’s most comfortable during warmer months (May–September), and in cooler weather the water may be too cold for extended use.

A gas grill/picnic area is located at the rear of the property, ideal for outdoor cooking and dining. For adventure, take advantage of the complimentary stand-up paddleboards (2) and sea kayaks (2) and explore the surrounding waterways. Prefer to unwind? Relax on the loungers and soak up the Florida sunshine in comfort.
