• Basement is a separate, standalone apartment occupied by the owner
• No shared spaces
• No shared entrances
• No shared yard — the backyard is 100% for guest use. The owner has their own back yard.
• Pets are on-site and the home has shared airflow with the apartment.
• Not a good fit for guests with dog/cat allergies
• You may hear city sounds/traffic while outside.

This home was intentionally designed for adult occupancy and includes multiple inherent safety hazards for children, including but not limited to open staircases, elevated platforms, hard edges, and unfenced drops. There is also a swim spa on site that is not separately fenced. Moreover, the jets are very powerful and can pull inexperienced swimmers under the water.

The layout is not considered child-safe and cannot be modified, as are no childproof features, guards, or safety barriers on the property.

As a result, this home is not suitable for children under 14, and we do discourage bookings involving younger guests. Families with children should understand that constant supervision would be required at all times, and the property may present unavoidable safety risks.
