The space:
When you first enter your two story home, you'll walk into a beautiful large living room and designated work space. Information you need for your comfortable stay will be displayed on the wall. The living room includes a spacious couch that can be used for a 3rd sleeping space, luxurious blankets, and large Roku TV. You'll also find the first floor bedroom which includes a comfortable queen size bed, closet space and dresser, Roku TV, and side tables and lamps with charging unit. Wander into the quaint kitchen and dining space which includes all of your cooking essentials, plenty of plates and glasses for dining and a fully stocked coffee bar. Explore the bathroom with tub/shower and many of your essentials provided. Head upstairs to the second bedroom which includes a comfortable king size bed, seating, Roku TV, side tables and lamps with charging unit, and huge walk-in closet.

Guest access:
You will have the entire house and outdoor space to use for a comfortable and private stay. The front door of the house have keyless entry. Parking for two vehicles is located in the driveway next to the home. Street parking is available in front of the home. Back yard can be accessed through back door of the home and gate on the side of the home.

Other things to note:
Pets are welcome! Please do not allow pets on the furniture and clean up after your furry friends outside in the yard. Pet fee is $60 per pet.

Garbage and recycling bins are located in the alley in the backyard. Be careful when taking out trash and recycling as the gate WILL LOCK on you if you let it shut behind you. Use blockers to keep it open located by the gate.

Please be respectful of the quiet neighborhood and keep loud noises to a minimum.
