Regarding the front porch swing, we sincerely apologize for the incident and any discomfort or injury you experienced. We took your report seriously and immediately arranged for a maintenance worker to address the issue. Unfortunately, the repair was delayed by one day due to an unexpected family emergency involving our maintenance worker. We apologize for the delay and inconvenience. We also take the safety and comfort of our guests very seriously and always do our best to maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Unfortunately, noise from the surrounding area and unexpected neighborhood disturbances are beyond our direct control. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve the property and the guest experience. Thank you for your feedback. The yard has been cleaned, and we apologize that our maintenance technician was unexpectedly ill and unable to address it as quickly as usual. We always aim to keep the home well-maintained for every guest. We understand that furniture and decor preferences can vary, and we're sorry that the style of the home did not match your personal taste. Our property is designed to be comfortable, clean, and functional for travelers, but guests who prefer a luxury hotel experience may feel more suited to premium brands such as Hilton or Marriott. The house is equipped with numerous light fixtures throughout, so there's plenty of potential lighting. However, I didn't turn them all on and found the interior to be quite dark as a result. Also, the couch is currently covered with a protective cover, but it's only temporary. Feel free to remove it when you arrive to enjoy the seating area fully.

The property is monitored by security cameras at the building’s entrance, and we have reviewed the footage to confirm that no unauthorized individuals have entered the premises during your stay. Regarding the garden snake you reported entering the laundry room, we addressed the issue promptly and sealed the hole as soon as we were informed.
