Welcome to Oquossoc Motel Country Suites, where we offer new motel suites with kitchenettes within the quaint village of Oquossoc. A perfect place to stay for a weekday or weekend. The building has a large wrap around porch where you can relax and enjoy the outside air and you are a short walk from Rangeley Lake and the Oquossoc stores and restaurants.

Clean & Safe Rental Properties: Keeping our vacation homes sparkling clean is a top priority for us here at Morton & Furbish Vacation Rentals. All properties are cleaned, sanitized & disinfected before guests check-in with products proven to eliminate viruses & bacteria. All linens are laundered at an offsite facility and new linens and towels are brought in for every guest's stay. The entirety of our housekeeping processes meet and exceed all CDC cleaning guidelines. If you have any questions/concerns, please reach out to our office for more information.

For your convenience: Our housekeepers will leave a check in packet with area information for you at the property. Also included at the rental are paper products, trash bags, dish soap and hand soap. Guests are asked to bring their own toiletries for their stay.

Loved the space, my room was very clean and roomy, very nice, especially for a pet friendly place. I found the location on a busy road made it hard to sleep in the morning. Also, I need darker shades or curtains, and the windows and door let in too much light for me.

Liked the location. Good bathroom and kitchen. Was a bit noisy during the day with dog upstairs with occasional bark and sound of young child running around and voices through the walls. Would be nice to have more soundproof walls. The noise did go down by the end of the night. Also the two chairs are classic but not comfortable for an extended period of time. Maybe a relaxing sitting chair. Otherwise good amenities close by such as food & beverage.

Nice place in Rangeley

Room is fine. There is a combo key pad to get in to the room. The rental agent send the entry code by email. WHICH IDID NOT GET. Luckily a nearby store owner knows the rental agency and gave me the contact number. Almost couldn’t stay there and it was sheer luck I was able to get access to the room

Very clean, neat room with a lovely location. The key pad was very temperamental, multiple times it was oils just flash red and then stop working for a minute and repeat this process multiple times before it would let us in. The walls are a bit thin neighbors to the side and above us were fairly loud and we could hear them well into the night. Would be amazing if the blind on the door was a black out curtain, let's in a lot of light from lights outside at night and in the morning. But overall we had a good stay. And the location was great, everything is close by.

We've always stayed in #5 and we would try another to see if they meet the same quality. - the room was cold it never came up above 65. The floors were very cold. - direct tv worked off and on. - mattress needs replacing. I never complain, it has to be bad for me to say anything. Sorry for a bad review. We will be back just not in #3

Loud and cold

If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay, this is not the property. Could hear every conversation in the room next to us like there wasn't even a wall there. Contract states quiet time is from 10 pm - 7 pm. This is definitely not the case. People next door were up well past that partying. Wanted to leave after the first night but the weekend was already paid for without the ability for a refund. Also, when we arrived, the room was set to 62. Took until the next afternoon for the room to warm up. I don't believe this property was built with much insulation. Have been coming to Rangeley for years and this was the worst place we have ever stayed. Would not stay here again.

Five night stay in August

Very nice location and room. Well maintained. Our only complaint was the noise. The sounds from rooms next door and above were loud. We could hear entire conversations next door while we tried to sleep. The road noise was also loud at times. But we loved being able to walk to places in Oqoussoc.

It was a real nice place. Clean and fresh remodel. We where hoping to get a cot but it was not available. And a down fall was someone had messed with our sleds over night in the parking lot. But other then that we loved it. And everyone we spoke with on the phone was great

Clean and convenient. A great place to stay while visiting the Rangeley area. We got stuck in an early snow on the morning we were to leave. They were helpful, kind and allowed us to stay an extra night. We are already planning our return and will definitely recommend. The Oquossoc grocery is well within walking distance, and directly across the street is the Portage were we had dinner 4 of the 7 nights we were there. All in all a great place to stay

Fridge was a bit noisy and neighbors could be heard through walls at night, but other than that another great stay at the Oquossoc Motel. The proximity to restaurants and walking / hiking trails makes this our favorite place to stay when in Rangeley.

Perfect mini vacation

Beautiful Rangeley spot with a very clean, quiet and ideal location for not being directly on the lake. We had family lake house less than a quarter mile on the lake, so this was an ideal spot to have as a home base for sleeping, showering and use of kitchenette. Definitely would be back again. Very clean suite and attentive property management. Thank you.
