Thank you for your feedback, though we find it important to address a few points regarding your stay. You began a nonstop list of complaints just three minutes after check-in, which was surprising to us after 2 years of hosting we have never encountered anything like this. While we understand that concerns can arise, it would have been helpful if the issue with the bed was mentioned amid your ongoing a non essential complaints until all hours of the night. When really your issue is the damage deposit that you did not want to pay for. As for the damage deposit, this is a standard policy designed to protect our property and was clearly communicated prior to your arrival. In the future I would highly recommend you stay at a hotel or find a location that doesn’t require a damaged deposit or that will let you get away with not following house rules. Additionally, our no-smoking policy is in place for the comfort of all guests, and it’s disappointing that this rule was not followed, resulting in the unit being left in an unacceptable condition of not only disgusting cigarette smoke, but the dirtiest the condo has ever been left by anyone. We appreciate feedback and will use it to improve our services in the future we have no choice but block you from being able to rent in any of our properties going forward.
