Walk to Village & 5C's & Trader Joe's/Private Pool

Welcome to our little casita! With a private side entrance, the space has an open living and sleeping area with a queen bed. The kitchen has granite counters, a microwave and a two-burner stove.

It's not huge, but it's clean and the location is great -- walking distance to the Claremont Village and the 5 Claremont Colleges.

People from all backgrounds are welcome in our casita.

The space:
The casita has new windows and a high-efficiency air conditioner/heater that's remote controlled and super quiet. Barn door separates kitchen from bathroom. At only 200 square feet, it's tiny but mighty. Comfortable for up to two adults. Not appropriate for infants or kids since our pool is not fenced. All sheets, towels, and many kitchen supplies provided.

Guest access:
There is a side gate at the front of our home to the right-hand side. Walk down the side of the home and it will open to the backyard. You'll see the fish pond and pool, the casita is at the north side of the property.

Other things to note:
Perfect if you don't have a car, but we can work out the shared driveway (city does not allow overnight street parking). We have one parking spot for guests to park overnight.

This spot is ideal for 1-2 adults. No children under 12 as we have an un-fenced pool--we love kids but cannot take any risks.

Please note we will turn away parties of 3+ and children under 12.

Important Pool Safety:
Guests have direct access to the pool. Pool safety rules are posted. Accessing the property requires that all guests walk up 3 steps and walk within 2 feet of the pool. Additionally, in a separate part of our backyard, there is a small unfenced fish pond. You are welcome to use the pool, pool towels are provided, but please note by booking this property you area assuming all risks associated with your use of the pool. The pool and surrounding area pose inherent dangers, including but not limited to drowning, slipping, falling, burns, entrapment, and other injuries. These risks are increased by alcohol or drug use, unsupervised use, low lighting or nighttime conditions, or underlying health conditions. Pool rules are posted.
