This one is built for a group, and nobody ends up on a camp bed: a king in the primary with its own ensuite and a desk, a queen in the second, and a queen bunk with a queen on top in the third. A pull-out sofa bed in that third bedroom brings it to ten, with a queen air mattress if you need one more. Two full bathrooms plus a half bath on the main floor mean everyone gets out the door in the morning.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Columbia Heights Metro (Green and Yellow lines) is about ten minutes on foot and runs to the National Mall and downtown with no changes. A full-size Giant and a Target are at the station. Meridian Hill Park is ten minutes south and the 14th Street restaurants are a few blocks over.

WORTH KNOWING
Self check-in with a smart lock. There is no driveway or garage at the property. The block is permit zoned, so if you are driving, message us a few days ahead and we will send the steps to request a visitor parking permit. Paid garage parking is about a nine minute walk away.
