This brand new 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo blends modern design with island charm, offering you the perfect balance of comfort, style, and convenience. Whether you’re here for a romantic getaway, a family trip, or a group vacation, this thoughtfully designed condo is your home base for unforgettable memories.

Kitchen, Living & Dining
The heart of the condo is its open concept living space, seamlessly connecting the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, bar seating for 4 guests, cookware, and utensils. Starter supplies such as a sponge, dish soap, trash bags, dishwasher pods and a roll of paper towels are provided for your convenience. The cozy living room offers plush seating, a Smart TV, and sliding doors that open to your private outdoor area.

Bedrooms
Bedroom 1: with en-suite bathroom, king bed, smart TV, plenty of storage and sliding doors to your private outdoor space.

Bedroom 2: king bed, ample storage, and easy access to the second full bathroom located right outside the room.

Both bedrooms are designed with rest and relaxation in mind, featuring high-quality linens, blackout shades, and cool A/C to ensure a great night’s sleep.

Bathrooms
Both bathrooms are modern, and sparkling clean, featuring walk-in showers, bath linens including 1 bath towel and face towel per person, 2 hand towels per bathrooms and hairdryer. Complimentary starter toiletries are provided including mini shampoo, mini condition and mini body wash. In addition, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.

Laundry
A full-size Samsung washer and dryer are located in a closet on your private patio. Starter laundry detergent is provided.

Private Rooftop
One of the highlights of this unit is the exclusive rooftop terrace, your own private sanctuary above the complex.

Pool & Outdoor Living
Outside your condo, you’ll find a large community pool, that is 4.5 feet deep throughout with swim-up bar stools. There is a sunbathing ledge as well and lounge chairs surrounding the pool. There is also a community grill and sunken in bar area that abuts the pool ledge.

The condo complex is surrounded by Aruba’s iconic cactus and divi trees, the outdoor spaces provide both beauty and privacy.

Beach Gear:
Beach chairs, cooler and one beach towel per person are provided.
