Princeville Sands Studio has a great kitchen table, microwave, fridge, queen bed, water toys, outside lanai with couch and ottoman and beautiful new tile flooring. The pool, BBQ and grounds at Sandpiper are awesome for hanging around and getting some rest after a long day at any of the nearby beaches. You can walk down to Sealodge (12 mins) or Anini (about 17 mins) from this property.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All reservation cancellations, regardless of when they are made, are subject to a 3.5% cancellation fee on the total amount before taxes. This fee covers the non-refundable credit card processing costs incurred at the time your reservation is booked.

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled check-in date will receive a 100% refund of all amounts paid, less the 3.5% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made fewer than 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable. No refund will be issued.
