The house has a open concept with a great living room space with 60in Smart TV, electric fireplace (for any chilly winter nights) and a great view of the pool and lake through the large glass sliding doors leading to the screened in pool area and spa on the lake. The Dining room is spacious and has a larger table that seats 6 but with the extra chairs can fit 8 easily. There is also table with seating for four in the kitchen area and three seats at the kitchen breakfast bar. The fully fitted kitchen has everything you could need should you cook and eat in. We have a popcorn maker, toaster and waffle maker to make breakfast fun before leaving for the park. In the utility room there is a washing machine and dryer with ironing board and iron that leads to the garage that is a fun game room with pool table and darts. High chair and stroller are in the garage as well for renter use
The house has FREE High Speed Wi-Fi/internet. The pool and spa can be heated for an additional fee, it will be included in quoted price but can be removed for warmer months or if you just don't want it. Don't forget this villa is on a lovely lake in the quite development of Eagle Pointe. It's just 15 minutes to all Disney parks and miles from Universal and Sea World. There is also a small amusement park and shops just miles away for those days you don't want to spend an entire day at the big parks. We are 5 minutes from a Super Walmart, Perkins, and tons of other stores and restaurants, which makes this an ideal location to stay at. Keep in mind that staying on the lake has it perks. You have a beautiful view with no houses across from you and lots of wildlife to enjoy like the ducks who come right up to the property to greet you!
