Completely disinfected between stays for our guest’s safety.

A beautiful, large, modern, 1 bedroom – 1 bath Condo. Granite counter tops in the kitchen and bath. Perfect for 2 people or a single traveler. The bedroom has a large luxury king sized bed upgraded with soft cotton sheets and flat screen HD TV. The living room has an automatic gas fireplace, Flat screen smart HD TV and a comfortable sofa with queen sleeper. Perfect place for relaxing in front of the fire. Also included is free premium cable, blue ray DVD player, a speaker docking station and high-speed Wi-Fi. The sit out deck has a gas grill and patio set for two.

This is a corner unit with its own non-shared private walk-up. Three sides of windows make it open, bright and airy. It overlooks Sandstone Creek and, in the winter/summer you get lovely views of the ski slopes and surrounding mountains. The creek also gives the condo soothing, bubbling water sounds year-round. It’s one of the many features our guest enjoy!

Convenient location with the free Vail shuttle right up the steps from the complex. 4 minutes to the Lionshead pedestrian bridge and 7 minutes to Vail Village. 1 free designated parking spot. Coin operated laundry located in the complex. Other amenities, Ninja coffee bar machine, crock pot, rice cooker, bullet blender, electric kettle, dishwasher, ice maker, all new dishes and glassware, microwave, toaster, cookware, and all the utensils you would need.

The condo is stocked with the basics so you can thoroughly enjoy your stay and not run to the store.

We had a wonderful weekend in Vail. The condo was perfect. It had everything we needed and it was extremely easy to get back and forth to town. The creek outside of the building made for the most peaceful setting. We loved sitting on the deck and listening to the stream.

The creek was like a river this time of year and it was beautiful and amazing. Our host was great to work with. The condo was well stocked. You aren’t right in the busy area giving for a peaceful experience. We will stay here again.

Fantastic, comfortable condo and great location

We loved this condo! Location was fantastic, and everything was super comfortable. You could tell this was a home the owners value- so many nice touches, from a really comfortable bed to top of the line appliances, a lovely fireplace, and great amenities throughout. Our host was super responsive and kind- would definitely stay here again.

Great Place in Vail

We stayed here for part of our honeymoon and it was great! The property was clean and so close to town we took the shuttle each day and had no issues. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Dina was quick with response about the parking.

Great 1 bedroom in a perfect location!

Stayed the weekend for a baseball tournament with my son and found that the location was ideal to get around Vail. The unit was plenty big enough for the two of us and grilling on the deck, overlooking the river, was a delight.

Amazing Ski Condo in Vail

Dana's ski condo is amazing and very convenient to the lifts of Vail. The condo is well decorated, comfortable, and accessible. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a nice meal. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a beatuful stay at the slopes!

Lovely apartment

This is a very spacious and attractive apartment across the main road through Vail. The bed in the main room is very comfortable. It is easy to get to the ski runs on the free bus and a good option for those skiing from Vail Village or Lionshead.

Cozy condo with everything we needed

We had a wonderful stay here. We ended up driving to the lifts each day but, it wasn’t far at all. We couldn’t figure out how to turn the channel in the bedroom but didn’t bother calling.

Excellent Place

I had a wonderful time in Brooktree- the apt was fabulous with a beautiful soothing creek next to it. Very comfortable with everything one could possibly need. Great location. Bed was awesome - even though Vail altitude was rough coming from Florida. Wonderful Host !! Look forward to staying again sometime.

Week I'm Vail

We were happy with the value and location this property offered in Vail. Unit was clean and well equipped. The shower drains very slow and there are limited towels for an extended stay (more than 4 days) but everything else was excellent!

Just perfect

This was our third stay in this condo and we look forward to next year. It is well located, quiet has everything needed to make our stay comfortable. Dina is easy to work with and very responsive. Every year there is a nice upgrade. We highly recommend this Brooktree condo!

Very comfortable place in Vail. Owners are nice and accommodating. Convenient to everything in Vail. Good for family with small kids. Only thing I would add would be a queen size blanket for the pull out sofa. We really enjoyed your place! Thank you!

A Perfect Getaway

This well appointed 1 bedroom is ideally located within walking distance to Lionshead and Vail, but far enough away to remain peaceful. Sitting on the deck listening to the little stream is so relaxing. The unit is well stocked , clean, and Dina, the owner, is very accommodating. We highly recommend it.

My Husband and I love Vail. In 2012 we made our dream of owning a property in Vail come true (see our other listing) Soon after closing on the property we got engaged!!! We decided to rent our property to help pay for our wedding in La Paz, Bolivia. Our property rented so well...we were booked out of our own condo. So we decided to look for another.

We looked at so many properties all over Vail, (East and West) but we knew we wanted to be in the Sandstone area. It's the only neighborhood that overlooks the ski slopes. The bus rides are short, the stops are convenient and the views are to die for.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

When we saw this unit, I fell in love. It was so beautifully remodeled with high end finishes. A Bright and sunny, corner unit with it's own private walk up...no sharing of hallways and the noise that comes with it. Also, it over looks Sandstone Creek. The noise of the water is so soothing. All you hear is the rushing water....and I even saw a trout!
