- Available for long-term stays (30+ days)

- Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please message us in advance to arrange.

- For stays exceeding 10 days, guests are responsible for the cost of electricity and gas for the duration of their stay.

- For stays over 10 days, additional cleaning services are required.

- For stays exceeding 10 days, a $500 refundable deposit is required. After your stay, we’ll deduct the additional cleaning fees and calculate electricity/gas usage. Any remaining balance will be refunded promptly.

Post-Stay Inspection & Damage Policy
Please note that the apartment will be inspected within 48 hours after check-out. If any items are found to be broken or damaged, an additional fee will be charged to cover the cost of repairs or replacements. We kindly ask that guests notify us of any issues or damages before checking out—it’s always greatly appreciated.
