Holberry House, the sweet music of peace

Holberry House is a unique guesthouse experience. It is situated atop a wooded hill on four acres of landscaped gardens and parkland in the town centre of Nannup. Guests have the peace and beauty of a country retreat, whilst being able to stroll in to the heart of this historic town. Though it was built in the late 1980s, with all the modern comforts, Holberry House was inspired by the classic, two-storey English manor. Its seven very comfortable rooms are decorated in romantic country style, enhanced by antiques and collectibles from the owners’ travels. It is truly unique Nannup accommodation. All rooms have television. One room is equipped with a spa.
Downstairs is the guest lounge areas, dining room and conservatory. These rooms open onto the wide verandahs with comfortable sitting areas. This is a great place to watch the birds eating from the bird feeders and frollicking in the water fountain.
The guest lounge area features leather chesterfield couches and an open log fire. In winter this is a great spot to relax with a book and a glass of red wine.
There is a pool for summer relaxing and many seating areas in the gardens, which feature sculpture works by WA artists.
The Blackwood river is a short stroll from Holberry House and there are a good selection of walk and cycle trails that are networked from the town centre.
