Welcome to our cozy1 bedroom about 1,500 sqft space! It features a queen bed, a private entrance, a kitchenette (microwave, and toaster), a bathroom, and a living area with a Smart TV. Located in a peaceful neighborhood of Chantilly/Aldie, it's just:
* 15 mins to Dulles International Airport (IAD)
* 10 mins to Route 29
* 5 mins to Route 50
* 5 mins to Dulles Landing Shopping Center
* 13 mins to Greenbriar Shopping Center with many stores and restaurants.
A lower level basement apartment with 2 bedrooms and about 1500sqft space, part of a single family home with complete private entrance. The private entrance is at the back of the home.
There is an indoor door going upstairs, separating the upper level and lower, which is locked at all times. Owners live on upper 2 levels and is not available for use by any guests at any time.
There are security cameras on exterior side of the building
All areas on lower level only which includes two bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1 family room with dinning space, a Kitchenette and a private entrance .
Please note that your accommodation is located on the lower level of a single-family home, specifically a basement apartment with its own separate entrance. All areas are private.
The owners live on the upper two levels and have two children, which may result in typical everyday noise. Occasionally, the owners might host weekend gatherings in the upper levels, but they will inform guests in advance if that is going to happen. Thank you for your understanding!
