Here are some more specific details about the property, in order to ensure that you are fully prepared for your stay:

➢ Access to whole rear unit (no access to the front unit, the 2-car garage, locked HVAC closet, & locked storage area)

➢ 1 king bed, 1 twin over queen bunk bed, & 1 pullout couch with a queen bed
➢ Plenty of clothing storage
➢ Desk area with included office supplies, such as pens & notepads
➢ Full bathroom & half bathroom, including all necessities mentioned above
➢ Fully stocked kitchen, including stainless steel appliances and salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee, creamer, sugar, & more

➢ Bedside lamps for some nighttime reading
➢ Alarm clock with USB port for easy phone charging
➢ Additional linens, pillows, towels, washcloths, & bedding

Outdoor:

➢ Private balcony with seating (2 chairs with a table for enjoying a coffee or a snack anytime of the day!)
➢ Access to the backyard (fenced on 3 sides)
➢ Fire pit (firewood not provided but available at many local stores)
Guest access
The building is a townhouse, and you will have access to the entire rear unit.

When you pull into the driveway, you will drive past the 5 lined spots and drive through the narrow driveway until you reach the garage. There is space for at least 2 cars in front of the garage (garage is inaccessible to guests); these spots are unmarked. The 5 lined spots near the driveway entrance are designated for the front unit. Additionally, there is free street parking available during the day but is restricted daily from the hours of 2-6AM.

You will use a code to enter the house via the main door for this rear unit. This will be your code for the duration of your stay. We ask that all guests enter or leave the property only by the main door.
Other things to note
WATER:

The community in which our house is located in is on a well, providing guests with a rare and authentic experience. While the well contributes to the natural beauty and self-sustainability of our location, we want to transparently share that guests may occasionally encounter a faint sulfuric smell from the water and a slight tint due to its mineral-rich nature. Hard water also tends to leave stains on surfaces of faucets, sinks, and tubs - however, the presence of these stains does not reflect a lack of cleaning. Rest assured, these are common characteristics of well water and are completely harmless. We have taken every measure to ensure the water is safe and clean for your use, and the occasional natural scent is a testament to the purity of our water source.
