All linens and terry are provided. Please bring your favorite beach & pool towels. A few beach chairs and a small beach cart are provided for your convenience.

A starter kit of toilet tissue, shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion can be found in each bathroom.

In addition, we start you off with laundry detergent,

dish detergent, dish washer detergent, paper towels, sponge. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need more of these supplies.



Hilton Head Beach Club has an on-site community pool.

The Lowcountry Celebration Park-Hilton Head Island's newest park. The Lowcountry Celebration Park is an adventure playground featuring a reimagined ship, wading pool, Pavilion, fitness stations and restrooms. A must see for all ages!

Coligny Beach Park- one of the most popular and favorite beaches on the Island. It is a 10 minute walk from the townhouse and offers outdoor showers, restrooms, seasonal beach rentals, seasonal life guards and WIFI.

Coligny Plaza-Has over 60 restaurants and specialty shops. Memorial Day through Labor Day there are events and entertainment for all! Free parking can be found around the entire Coligny Plaza Complex and is also a leisurely 10 minute walk from the townhouse.

Van Der Meer Tennis Center-offers clinics and daily programs for all ages and hosts many tournaments annually.

Coligny Theater-Known to have the best popcorn on the Island is also centrally located.

Two outlet malls are a 15 minute drive and Historic Savannah is an hour away.
