A well-equipped and spacious modern colonial design house, self contained with private pool, light and airy, newly decorated. The villa sleeps 6 people in 3 air-conditioned double bedrooms all en-suite.

There are living and dining areas inside and outside on the terraces. All rooms have ceiling fans. There is a fully-equipped open plan kitchen and gas BBQ on the terrace.

The splash pool sits between the two terraces, a good area for those evening cocktails after a day on the beach!

Simone was a wonderful host.

The accomodation was perfect for us with everything that we needed fo our stay. The propert was clean and well equiped. So we had a wonderful stay. there are local beaches and restaurants. The host was so helpful with advice and easy to communivcate with. We loved the whole stay. Thanks so much Simone.

We got more than was listed or we expected!

CLEANLINESS OF PROPERTY - everything was in place, we did not need to take anything except our clothes and ourselves. Everything was in good condition, like new! CHECK IN PROCESS - was seamless and the owner was generous enough to accomodate an early check in as a result of my family's arrival time. ACCURACY OF ONLINE LISTING - All pictures and descriptions are accurate, except that when you get there the experience overwhelms you and you feel like giving ten (10) stars our of five (5). I must admit that the google pin needs adjusting. I got lost following it but that is an easy fix that I will suggest to the owner. LOCATION AND NEIGHBOURHOOD - The sound of nature is all around you. However you have access to all ammenities nearby including market vendors, an automated bank machine and fast food restaurant just down the hill. There are also several great beaches nearby. Stonehaven Bay is in the street opposite to the road which leads to the villa as well as my family's favourite beach Mt. Irvine bay is also close by. You can stop off at the Mt. Irvine Bay beach facility and walk South past the rocks to the water sports booth for the best spot!

Comfortable and everything to hand.

Comfortable accommodation. Beds very comfortable and air conditioning wonderful. Alva and Denise very helpful for any queries. Pictures do slightly over justify surrounds to say the least but still interesting 😬. Lounge furniture could be more comfortable and conducive for people to ‘lounge’ comfortably as previously noted in a review and outside furniture could do with additional sun lounger beds when you don’t want to beach it and if you suffer from mosquito bites then don’t spend too long on the veranda as the foliage around the veranda is high and they hide .... and that was with candles and spray on - just unlucky but be aware👍 No sea view unless you are giraffe but that doesn’t matter because in theory you should be out and about in your hire car exploring this lovely island and the beaches - near and far. It’s a good walk to local (with a hill back😩) restaurants so be up for it but not when it’s 33 degrees 😱 but the restaurants; Fish Pot, Edge and Leggers (fab for breakfast too) are very good and Anchor Beach is fab beach and they do food and good for families. Lots of local people visit there so there’s a clue to how good it is and very friendly. All said and done we had a lovely time and relaxed far too much ...

Pleasant stay

We had an enjoyable and pleasant stay at Waterfall Villa. The rooms and furnishings were lovely. The AC worked well. Kitchen was well equipped. Short walk or drive to great beaches, ATM, market, excellent restaurant ( The Fish Pot) and breakfast take-away (OJ’s). Twenty minutes to airport. Could use more and better instructions on mechanics of villa, for example, which switches control which appliances, lights or or outlets.

Stunning villa in a great location

Waterfall Villa is truly pristine! I stayed at Waterfall for one week and was delighted with the property. The ambiance was very peaceful, the neighbours were friendly and welcoming and the manager was very helpful and pleasant. I had breakfast with the beautiful birds who came to say hello and get their breakfast too! The pool terrace was wonderful for the evenings. I found my way to the local restaurant and bars and found the locals friendly. The host Simone was very welcoming and ensured that I had all that I needed.The villa was spotless and has everything that I could need, hair dryer, shower gel, linens, towels, cutlery, pots, pans, coffee machine and appliances for my use. The housekeeper came while I was there to change the linens and clean up. What more can I say? I'm planning my next trip soon!

Misquoted View

Of our six week stay we had two weeks in a Heavy construction zone. Bulldozers, heavy duty mowers and weed wackers attacked the side of strep hill where an unfinished construction zone (the view). Two nights of the two weeks they bulldozed til 9:00pm. The villa although lovely was in a neighborhood of very long term rentals with nightly barking dogs. A car is a must have. When we inquired of the owner she suggested we could move at our expense (carnival made finding another location impossible financially). The ocean view is misleading. You can only see from upstairs bedroom balcony with binoculars. The birds were wonderful. The unit was clean.

Family Vacation Home

Simone's was lovely host and her villa was wonderful. The bedrooms with the ensuite bathrooms were heaven, very private and spacious. The deck was perfect especially at night, this is where my family hung out together the most. The villa is located on a quiet street, in a great area and not too far from several different beaches, local bars and food. I would totally recommend this villa especially for families, the only suggestion I would make is to change the furniture in the living room so that it is more comfortable for families to lounge and hang out together. Also, this is not a detached villa, so you may not have as much privacy on the patio as depicted in the photos.

Amazing Villa

The place was simply gorgeous. The house was fully stocked with bed linens, towels, cutlery, pots, pans and basically everything. Ms. Alva was great very helpful with directions and information and so was Simone in helping book the Villa. This is a definite place id be coming back to stay before the end of the year. Note there is a creepy unfinished hotel that looks like a old church so watching scary movies at the Villa is not such a good idea never the less the place is amazing they just need to clean up the grass and road ont the drive in to the villas

Well loved holiday home for a local family that resides in UK who use it occasionally during UK holidays. When we are not using it, we are happy to let it to others who can enjoy its comforts and relax and unwind here. We would like guests to care for it as if it were their very own home away from home!

Colonial style villa (semi detached style - not a condo!)- tropical getaway from it all nestled on a hillside in Sanctuary Villa Estate which is overlooking the Caribbean Sea and next to the Caledonia Grafton Bird Sanctuary. Ideal for avid bird watchers.
