MASIA LAGOSTEA - This is the holiday home that you can only dream of – situated in the middle of a vineyard – with just 10 km. to the beaches in Costa Daurada and within walking distance to the nearest village. This exceptional villa offers and a magnificent swimming pool area with a covered chill out area with really comfortable sunbeds, Jacuzzi, Sauna, and a game hall with billiard and table tennis. The courtyard has a BBQ zone and here is also an entrance to a covered dining area in ground level. The view over the vineyard is excellent and the 500m2 holiday home Masia Lagostea has been decorated with a fantastic sense of its history! The house sleeps 13+4 guests.

During the restoration of MASIA LAGOSTEA, the architect has carefully preserved the many lovely details that allow you to reimagine the grain dealer, wine presses, patios or a defense system based on loopholes perfectly preserved. Nowadays Masia Lagostea has not lost the relationship with the country side because it is part of a vineyard


Distribuation : Entering MASIA LAGOSTEA, you will arrive to a brilliant courtyard with small tables, a BBQ zone, and an entrance to a dining area in ground level. From here you will also have access to the pool area, which is secured by a fenced door, and another door will lead you to the Jacuzzi and sauna area. The ground floor has a excellent welcoming area with the products of the fields, which you can buy, a restored grain dealer, that has now been made to a cozy “cave” and here you will also find the game hall with billiard and table tennis.
On the second floor you will find the 5 bedrooms, which are all beautiful decorated. Each room has private bath decorated in the same colors as the connecting bedroom. On this floor you will also find the dining area and the kitchen. In the loft is a lounge area with an excellent view and a large table which can be used as an indoor game room, in case the warm summer days get a little too hot. There is also a playground for the smaller children.

OUR HISTORY:
Lisbeth and I (Bertel) are the owners of the company SYDENS FERIEHUSE. For the last 14 years we have engaged in letting out fantastic Catalan holiday homes, all of which live up to our criterias: they are authentic, charming homes and are all of a very high standard. We help Cristina and her family let out MASIA LAGOSTEA.

We consider the perfect holiday to consist of two parts - a nice holiday home and some great excursions and activities. For each part of Catalonia we have made an activity document with our personal recommendations. As we consider ourselves to be experts in Catalonia, you are of course always welcome to ask for help and advice. We aim to find the perfect holiday home for you :-)

Tarragona: Universal studios Port Aventura
The areas main attraction is the entertainment park Universal Studios Port Aventura. It consists of an aqua park and an amusement park, which can be visited together or separately. If you let the kids decide, you can easily spend 2-3 days here.

From the artistic point of view, there are not many places that have such a large number of monuments and tourist attractions concentrated in such a small area as Tarragona has. Its most notable landmarks and tourist attractions are the Roman Amphitheatre in Tarragona and the Cistercian monastery in Poblet, as well as many other places of interest within the capital city, just to mention some examples.
The Costa Daurada shoreline is comprised of a total of 13 municipalities, which, over a stretch of 92 kilometres, offer some sixty different beaches in all shapes and sizes from the small. Several of these beaches have been awarded the blue flag by the European Foundation for Environmental Education.
