MASIA CLOXANÉT is a 550m2 large holiday home, which is situated 5 km. from the village Moiá and just 57 Km. from Barcelona. It is a traditional Catalan farmhouse, which dates from the end of the XIV century. The house was fully restored in 2008 and today it offers all modern comfort. The architect has beautifully preserved the traditional architecture of the Catalan country houses and the furniture, paintings and objects of the time but providing all the amenities.

MASIA CLOXANÉT has room for 17(+3) guests and is surrounded by garden and fruit trees and situated in a superb natural setting and just a five-minute walk from the prehistoric caves of El Toll. At an altitude of 800 meters, you can enjoy a splendid landscape with a view of all the mountain ranges in central Catalonia and Pre-Pyrenees.


Lay out of the house: MASIA CLOXANÉT has a game room, a cozy living room with fireplace, a covered outdoor barbecue to enjoy good meals and the sunset, a great swimming pool and a large outdoor area. It is a perfect choice for the large group who wants plenty of space inside as well as outside.

On the ground floor you will find the large patio with a covered terrace, BBQ and a pretty look to the landscape. Here is also the lounge with TV and a cozy fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, with a large table and chairs as well as the dining room with a traditional long table. There is one double bedroom on the ground floor, which is accessible for the disabled. The room has a private bathroom. The game room in MASIA CLOXANÉT is also situated on the ground floor and in the garden is a playground with swings, the swimming pool and a multipurpose court (basketball and football). The entire outdoor area is situated in excellent environment.
