The hip district of Uptown Denver is just East of Downtown. Nearby Restaurant Row stretches along 17th Avenue, running from Broadway to City Park. The stretch is lined with cafés, bistros, pubs, and fine dining establishments—most featuring outdoor patios. Boutique fitness studios and gift shops add to the eclectic mix, as do historic homes and the city’s largest green space of City Park.

Spanning 330 acres, City Park is a haven for recreation and relaxation. Peppered with lakeside trails, hiking areas, and picnic spots, the park is also home to some of the city’s most popular attractions: the Denver Museum of Nature & Science, the Denver Zoo, and the newly redesigned City Park Golf Course. Head south of the park to East Colfax Avenue, and you’ll find more chic cafés, retro-inspired bars, and even a concert venue.

The River North (RINO) Art district, just 5 minutes away, is also a popular spot for jazz bars, restaurants, brewpubs, art galleries and working studios.
