WELL KEPT!! Large 3/2/2 Private HEATED POOL Home on quiet street, just steps from St. Sebastian Preserve. Near Beaches and Waterfront Dining with Wi-Fi, LED Smart TVs, Sunroom and Huge covered screened Lanai. Here you have found your Serenity in Blue, a Coastal Oasis and your tranquil Haven on Florida's Treasure Coast!

This gorgeous private residence is the perfect place to enjoy as your home away from home. The home boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a 2 car garage and a large heated pool and covered Lanai to enjoy our fantastic Florida weather.

You will have full use of a selection of boogie boards, toys, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach cooler. Everything you need for a day in the sun. Other outdoor amenities are bicycles, golfing equipment, fishing rods, and a gas fired barbecue grill.

Cable, Internet and WiFi are provided. There are two TVs, one in the living room and a 2nd in the master suite. Additionally, one room is equipped with a desk/work area for business travelers.

Sleep arrangements with the following configuration: King bed in Master, Queen size bed in room 2, Full size bed, twin and twin trundle in room 3. The main living room has a Queen size pull out sofa, and the Sun-room has a Full pull out sofa. There is also a queen sized inflatable mattress available.

Dogs on the danger list as set out by rental guidelines are not accepted. Dogs are not allowed in the pool, and all yard waste must be picked up at all times.

With quick access to all Sebastian has to offer and only 4 miles to the riverfront and 8 miles to the ocean, 11 miles away from the mall, this home is perfect for everyone.

Sebastian has that rare small town old Florida vibe. If you are not familiar with the Florida Treasure Coast or the Sebastian River area, you are in for a wonderful treat! Sebastian has a long history as a quaint fishing village and remains a place that cherishes and protects its natural beauty. This is where sea turtles nest, manatees frolic, dolphins play, pelicans roost and tons of birds, fish and nature lovers enjoy the Sebastian River. You will find Pelican Island here; the country's first Pelican Island National Wildlife Refuge founded over a hundred years ago and the famous Jungle Trial. The area is also designated a safe habitat for the loggerhead turtles who come to nest on the beaches in May through July. There are free guided night trips to the beach to watch the turtles dig their nests and lay their eggs.

The Sebastian area is famous for its year-round fishing on the St. Sebastian river, the Indian River Lagoon or the Atlantic Ocean. Several easily accessible boat ramps and parking facilities are located along Indian River Drive.

There’s a lot of local history as well and several museums in which to see artifacts from treasure shipwrecks along the Treasure Coast.

Despite the laid back feel, you can always find something to do here! Golfers will find several courses in the area. There are free concerts in the park during the spring, and other events (Frog leg festival, Seafood festival, Clambake, Arts and Crafts shows etc) are scheduled throughout the year – there’s always something going on in Sebastian or nearby Vero Beach!

Eco-lovers, Adventure Seekers and Relaxation Enthusiasts will enjoy a stroll or bicycle along the beautiful riverfront and relax near the lagoon. The Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean are just minutes away. Head over to one of the many uncrowded beaches or take the Sebastian River Queen Jungle Tour along the River and see dolphins, herons, turtles and manatees. Or, take an airboat ride in the Blue Cypress Conservation Area or wetlands and see birds and alligators in their natural habitat. Canoe or paddle boat to the barrier islands. Enjoy surfing, sailboarding or fishing at the famed Sebastian Inlet; one of the top surfing spots on Florida's coast. And if you're in the mood to try something a little more exciting - head out to our local airport and see the team at Skydive Sebastian, Florida's most scenic drop-zone! If you aren't quite ready to jump, try a parachute ride and marvel at the amazing aerial views of the town, beaches, lagoon and nature preserve.

And if you tire of the peace and quiet and are ready to adventure out further, all of the Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, Harry Potter's World and other theme parks and attractions of Orlando are just 90 minutes away. Head an hour north to tour the Kennedy Space Center (Cape Canaveral). Or, plan a day trip to exciting Fort Lauderdale or South Beach Miami or historical St. Augustine, the nation's oldest city.

Finally, please note that the upkeep of this property is paramount to ensure a quality rental. Pool and lawn service professionals make weekly visits. Pool service arrives approximately 10 am on Monday mornings. Lawn service is Thursday afternoon around 2 pm. They are never scheduled on weekends and are usually finished within one hour. Thank you for your understanding.


Guests agree to the following prior to booking:
-Cars must be in driveway and cannot be parked in yard/street or at neighbors.
-Pets are not allowed on furniture and droppings must be cleaned from the yard.
-No animals are allowed in the pool, a fee of $75 will be charged if pet hair found in the filtration.
-Non-disclosed pets will be considered a major house rule violation and may result in dismissal from the property.
-Smoking/Vaping is Only Allowed Outside and must be thrown away in the outdoor garbage cans.
-This is a quiet family neighborhood - no loud music/parties/large gatherings.
-Linen must be used on the living room couch if used for sleeping.
-Guests are expected to clean up spills and keep rooms tidy. Floors should be mopped and swept if needed due to spills, foot tracks, or pets.
-Pool toys need to be kept out of the pool when not in use so it can be serviced weekly.
-Any and all damage needs to be reported immediately.
-Guests are not permitted to exceed listed occupancy in accordance with local laws.
-Guests will be asked to leave the residence for significant violations (in accordance with house, local, and state laws) and do so with the understanding they will not be refunded their deposit or any remaining nights on their reservation.
