Before You Book To help protect both our guests and our property, the primary guest will be asked to complete the following before check-in: - Sign a standard Rental Agreement. - Provide a valid government-issued photo ID that matches the name on the reservation. - Pay a refundable $500 security deposit. The deposit is securely collected through our property management system, Hospitable, 2 days before check-in and is fully refunded 2 days after check-out, provided there is no damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or violations of the House Rules.
