BIlly's Blue Heaven is fresh, clean and Pristine. We have updated the condo with all new paint, a new Smart Tv in the second bedroom, new additional living room chairs, new beds/linens/pillows throughout, all new flush mount ceiling lighting and all new wall switch controlled ceiling fans. Our condo Includes one private parking spot directly in front of the condo. Just a two minute walk to Duval Street and only 300 steps to the world famous Ricky's Blue Heaven Restaurant. The balcony overlooks Truman Annex 's lush landscaping and just a 30 second walk to the shared swimming pool. A short walk or bike ride to Fort Zachary Taylor State Park and Beach. One of the best beaches on the island. You are a moment from Mallory Square where sunset is celebrated every night with world class street theater. The condo is outfitted with a washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, pots and pans, towels, linens, central air conditioning, off street parking for one auto and pool with close beach access. This is a "Saturday to Saturday" rental and is non smoking.

A unique feature of this property is our three bicycles so you don't have to rent! Key West is only two miles by four miles so nothing is too far away. Fly into Key West Airport and take a taxi to Truman Annex. You have THREE bikes and there's really no need to rent a car during your stay, as there's always the free trolley to get you around the island if you're not into bike riding! Big baskets on our bikes make shopping easy. Our kitchen has a blender. The bathroom has a newly remodeled freshly tiled walk in shower with dual shower heads and a rain water hand held sprayer.

One bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. Maximum of four guests at our condo!Gorgeous decor includes home theater sound system with Bluetooth, flat screen TV's, DVD, and a CD player.

Great location in the Truman Annexe Shipyard, only 2 blocks to Duval Street. Nice pool area. Kitchen well equipped but small so difficult to cook meals but lots of restaurants nearby.

Perfect place in Paradise

This condo was perfect for our stay in Key West. It was clean & comfortable & had everything we needed. The location was close to the pool & a short walk to Duval Street. Having the bikes was an added bonus!We hope to return soon

Quiet Retreat!

The condo was very quiet, relaxing, just blocks away from Duval Street and easy access to Fort Zachary! It was wonderful to have two decks, a full kitchen, washer and dryer. We absolutely enjoyed our stay!

The perfect Key West spot!

Billyā€™s Blue Heaven was in the ideal location for our first Key West vacation - perfectly situated between the beach and all the restaurants and bars youā€™d ever want. The space is comfortable, clean, and has everything we needed. We loved the two balconies and the whole feel of being tucked away in Truman Annex. It was all exactly as described and pictured. We particularly appreciated Ed and Kerryā€™s prompt and thorough communication from the start. We will definitely be returning in the future - and canā€™t wait for the weather to be warm enough to try the pool!

There were a few hiccups that were out of the owners hands. Filter for AC, missing key. All were fixed with urgency! The Karma bar is such a nice touch, we love that. Key West is a great place to hide from the hustle of life. Thank you for allowing us to hide in your place. Cheers

Exceptional!!!!

We have stayed in many condos in Florida and this was a fantastic experience. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone. The unit was exceptionally clean and extremely well cared for. The property grounds were also wonderful and the proximity to everything makes this the perfect spot. When we return to Key West this will be the one from now on. Bonus points for the karma fridge, such a great idea and nice way to share!

A Perfect Getaway

You canā€™t beat this location! A quick walk to Deval and the waterfront, a short bike ride to a beautiful beach, but completely peaceful and quiet at night. Kerry and Ed are the perfect hosts! They respond very quickly with any questions and have everything you could need- beach towels, chairs etc. We had a fabulous week!

Great week in KW

The condo is in a perfect location- easy walks to almost everything in KW. Fausto's grocery is convenient and a quick walk away, The bikes at the condo were the best- going to the beach was about as easy as it can get, 7 minute ride in safe bike lanes. The condo is really cute, has everything you'd need including a washer and dryer and is comfortable. We had a couple of requests, Ed was very responsive. The balconies were great places to enjoy morning coffee and afternoon cocktails! We would stay there any time.

Kerry has been a teacher for twenty years and will bring her nurturing style and ways to insure a happy vacation is had by all. Kerry and Ed were recently married in Key West at sea by a sea captain friend on The Spirit of Independence, an 80 foot schooner right here in Key West.

We are located at the GORGEOUS Truman Annex near the Harry S. Truman Little White House and just steps from The Green Parrot, Duval Street, our shared pool, and Fort Zachary State Park and Beach! We love having the two balconies!
