Cozy Downtown Modern Condo in the Heart of it all

Marshall PLACE! Fully renovated modern condo in the HEART of Cleveland. Make yourself at home in my cozy condo. Located between the East bank of the flats and the Warehouse district. Walking distance to all attractions in Downtown Cleveland. Nightlife, restaurants, Night Clubs, The convention Center, The Rocket Mortgage Field House, First Energy Stadium and Progressive Field. Condo is equipped with a full kitchen, bed for 2, comfy couch. There is a blow up mattress for a 4th person.



This condo is located in the perfect area. Between the new East Bank Of the Flats where everything is going on and West 6/ warehouse district. The condo is near all of the new night life bars, clubs and restaurant like FWD night club, margaritaville , Big Bang the piano bar, Ally Cat restaurant , Magnolia night club and ect. Also you are walking distance to Constantinos Market for hot meals, groceries and a GREAT wine selection. Once you walk out on the street you have beautiful lake views. The condo also has roof top access that is shared with other condo owners on the 7th floor. The buzzer on the keys will let you out. Check out the views from there and you will get the full downtown Cleveland experience.



Gym, laundry room all on the 1st floor which the elevator is needed to get to those locations. Must have key buzzer to get into the rooms. Shared Roof top Access on the 7th floor. The buzzer will need to be with you to get out to the shared community roof top access.



You shouldn`t ever hear from me. I allow you to enjoy your stay as if the condo was yours. All i ask is take care of it like it was your own.



The neighborhood is great. Great views, walking distance to many great restaurants, bars, sports bar, browns stadium, venues, clubs ect. But the condo is cozy, quiet and relaxing.



Uber /lift/ taxi are very obtainable in this location but you can literally walk anywhere if needed.



Parking – There are multiple places to park. You can park on the street but be aware of the signs that say when you can and cannot park there. They can change the parking throughout the day so please be careful the police will tow your car. There is a parking lot on the north side of the building as well. You can park there and pay per day. Just follow the directions listed in the front of the parking lot. I believe you can pay on your phone. Sometimes there’s a fella that is working the lot and he will help you just tell him you want to pay per day. There is also another lot around the corner down the hill on the coast line down in the East Bank of the flats if that other lot is full. It is downtown parking and sometimes it can book up quickly so you will just have to find the best lot that works for you. None of them are to bad in price. They range from 5- 10 dollars a day could be more depending on events going on in Cleveland.
