Situated in the quiet village of Argaka our spacious and well presented ground floor apartment on a peaceful small complex surrounded by countryside.With both with views to the sea and over the hills. A private sunny seating area with sea views (stunning sunsets). Argaka is a quiet, traditional Cypriot village, set between the foothills of the Troodos mountains and the sea. The complex is in a quiet area at the top of the village but is just a five minute drive to the beach, tavernas, a bakery and mini-markets. The area is ideal for a peaceful, get away from it all holiday. There are several nature trails starting from the village including the Argaka Dam and the tracks through the Troodos forest are great for walking, cycling or off road driving. Argaka beach is just a five minute drive away, with family friendly bars / restaurants and cafes. The nearest towns are Polis and Latsi, about a ten minute drive away, offering shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, boat hire, ten pin bowling, snooker/pool and beaches.
The property is a brand new flat built with total privacy and wi-fi. There are 2 beautiful fireplaces located in the property, there is also air-conditioning so the apartment is good all year round. There is a guest toilet area and a main en-suite bathroom, with plenty of wardrobe space in the bedroom if you look at the pictures the 4 wardrobes are located opposite the en-suite shower area. There are bunk beds as you can see in the picture if there are only 2 of you, we can remove these at your request. The whole flat is brand new and built to a high spec with all modern kitchen appliances and luxury furniture. There is a PC which is hooked up to the T.V. as a monitor so you can stream films watch Youtube etc. There is also a selection of board games and books which can be used at your leisure. Sheets and towels are changed twice weekly.
We moved here from the UK and absolutely love the place the simplicity alongside the beauty of the island just grabs you. Food here is healthy and amazing you must try a Traditional Cypriot Meze (around 20 small dishes).
We have strong connections with the local watersports centre so we can arrange any watersports activities for you at a discounted rate. Check out their website You will see a BMW convertible in the pictures this is insured for any driver and can be hired at just 25 euros per day.
We can also arrange Quad bike hire, ten pin bowling, quiz nights, karaoke, live music and Traditional Cypriot nights. There will be a bunch of leaflets/flyers in the apartment.
