(Pet fee applies).
The Space -Inside, you’ll find an open-concept layout featuring a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living area. Each of the three bedrooms is styled for comfort, supported by two full bathrooms to make group stays seamless.
The Neighborhood -Enjoy one of Tampa’s most walkable and sought-after communities. You are steps away from: -Parks & Recreation: A short stroll to the local community park and dedicated dog park. -Bayshore Boulevard: Walk or bike to the world’s longest continuous waterfront sidewalk. -Dining & Shopping: Minutes from the high-end boutiques and restaurants at Hyde Park Village and the famous Bern’s Steak House. -Central Access: 10 minutes to Downtown/Amalie Arena and 15 minutes to the airport.
Simple Departure Our professional cleaning crew handles the heavy lifting so you can enjoy your final morning. We simply ask that you leave the home in a respectful state—please bag your trash and start the dishwasher before you head out. House Rules & Agreement
Welcome! We’re excited to host you. This is a quiet residential neighborhood and we want everyone — guests, neighbors, and us — to have a great experience. By booking, you and all guests agree to follow these rules. Violations may result in fines, extra cleaning/damage fees, or immediate removal without refund.
1. Quiet Hours – STRICTLY ENFORCED10:00 PM – 7:00 AM daily Zero noise that can be heard outside the unit — no music, loud talking, TV, or slamming doors. Outdoor areas (patio, balcony, etc.) must be quiet during quiet hours. If the guests are too loud and disrupt the property, this can result in cancellation of the reservation without any refund.
2. Parking – DRIVEWAY ONLY Street parking is strictly prohibited. All vehicles MUST park in the driveway only. Max 4 vehicles.
3. No Parties Absolutely NO parties or gatherings. If there is any sign of a party, this can result in a cancellation of the reservation without any refund and any additional cleaning fees.
4. No Smoking or Drugs Non-smoking property Evidence of any smoking inside the unit or use of drugs = $500 fine + full deodorization/cleaning costs.
5. Pets (only if pre-approved in writing) $100 pet fee per stay. Max 2 pets. Pick up waste immediately. Excessive barking or disturbances = $250 fee + possible removal.
6. Check-in & Check-out Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM sharp Late check-out without prior approval:– $100 for 1 hour– Full nightly rate after 1 hour After 10:00 PM check-in? Text estimated arrival time at least 2 hours in advance and text again once you’ve arrived safely.
7. Security & Monitoring Outdoor Ring/doorbell cameras are active 24/7 for safety and compliance. No indoor cameras in living spaces.
8. Damage, Missing Items & Personal Belongings You are 100% responsible for any damage or missing items. Report accidents immediately Host is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
9. Owner’s Property & Bicycles All furniture, décor, grills, etc. must stay inside the unit or on the property. Bicycles may be used off-property; everything else stays here.
10. Treat It Like Your Own Home This is a residential building. Respect neighbors’ privacy and peace at all times. Keep walkways clear, don’t slam doors, and be courteous.
11. Local Laws & FinesYou agree to follow all city ordinances (noise, parking, trash, occupancy). Any fines issued to us will be passed to you + $100 admin fee.
12. Host Availability We’re here for you 24/7 via text or app .Issues after 10:00 PM may be handled the next morning unless it’s an emergency (flood, fire, lockout).
FINAL AGREEMENT By booking this property, every guest confirms they have read, understood, and agree to all House Rules above. No exceptions. Violation of any rule gives us the right to terminate the stay immediately, retain all payments, and charge additional fees.

Quiet clean cute home which is ideally located off the main road and within easywalking to nearby bars and restaurants but also in a nice quiet neighborhood for relaxing. Perfect back yard with rocking chairs for catching up with a book or a glass of wine! Nicole was excellent at communicating with us and made our stay very easy. Beds were great and house well equipped for our stay
