Ten spacious individually designed villas sprawling in smooth slopes just a breath from the sea. Every each of them has its own private terrace and is overlooking the Aegean Sea. Each villa breathes and feels like an island home as it is designed with great love and care by the K4 team of architects who all of them have roots in Kythnos. Big white-washed bedrooms, spacious showers, crispy white linen, fully equipped kitchens and more is waiting for you to live the ultimate summer experience.

Best spot for lazy afternoons is the houses’ terraces where you can enjoy local homemade delicacies made by the K4 ‘team’ (ask for our homemade fig jam and you won’t spread anything else on bread).

The magnificent sandy beach of Megali Ammos is just underneath your terrace (no need for shoes required unless you really need them!).

Horizon Villa is situated in Kanala the most beautiful seaside village of the island, where there are restaurants and mini market in walking distance.
It is located in a plot of land facing east so guests can experience a spectacular sunrise! Stairs will lead you to the sea which is literally 2 minutes from the house.
The house that faces east offers a sunrise that makes you look forward to start your day in the most breathtaking views.
The house itself is built in different levels so the visitor can enjoy the spectacular views from almost every corner. The outside space is created in such a way that the visitor feels like flying over the Aegean even though in two minutes one can be sun tanning in Megali Ammos beach!.

On the first level you would find a living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. A few steps up, you would find 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a small sitting area. Few steps down and you find yourself in another living room(here you will find a sofa which turns into a double bed) and 1 bedroom with en suite bathroom. There is an independent guesthouse with it's own entrance, approx. 30 sq.m. with a double bed, a single bed and an en suite bathroom.

Furthermore, you have at your disposal private terrace 150sq.m. with BBQ facilities!
