Welcome to 5 Corner Store Lane, a beautifully furnished 5-bedroom, 3 full bath 2 half bath townhome located in Sunset Island, one of Ocean City’s most sought-after bayside communities. Just two blocks from the beach, this spacious multi-level retreat blends comfort, convenience, and resort-style amenities to create the perfect coastal getaway for families and groups.



Step inside to an inviting open-concept living space designed for relaxation and gathering. The main level offers a bright living area, a spacious dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen ready for family meals. Multiple balconies throughout the home allow guests to enjoy fresh air, sunsets, and the peaceful atmosphere of Sunset Island.



Sunset Island offers far more than a place to stay — it’s a complete vacation experience. Guests enjoy access to indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, private bayside beaches, walking and biking paths, interactive splash fountains, and a fishing/crabbing pier. The on-site Bar & Grille and seasonal Tiki Bar provide waterfront dining and summer entertainment, while the scenic pathways throughout the community make exploring easy.



Beyond the gated entrance, you’re minutes from Ocean City’s best attractions. Spend the day at the beach, visit the Boardwalk, or head to popular restaurants like The Hobbit, Liquid Assets, or Ristorante Antipasti. Shopping, mini golf, and entertainment options are all close by.



All linens and bath towels are included, and every bed will be freshly made before you arrive.

Guests must pay the mandatory Sunset Island Resort Fee directly to the management office at or before check-in.



Townhome Resort Fee (per stay):

✹ Summer: $200 (May 25 – Sept 6, 2025)

✹ Fall: $150 (Sept 7 – Sept 30, 2025)

✹ Winter: $100 (Jan 1 – Apr 30, 2025 & Oct 1 – Dec 31, 2025)

✹ Spring: $150 (May 1 – May 24, 2025)



The Resort Fee includes:

6 pool passes (children under 4 do not need a pass)

3 vehicle parking passes

Access to all resort amenities including pools, beaches, fitness center, trails, and more



Additional passes may be purchased from the Sunset Island office for $70/week or $25/day (2024 pricing).

Additional parking, if available, is $70 per vehicle.

We’re delighted to welcome you to one of our vacation homes and want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible. Please keep in mind that beach life sometimes brings shifting weather, town celebrations, or nearby construction. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm.



If something feels off — whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue — please let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth.



After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, birthday, photo ID, and signing a rental lease agreement. All information is stored internally and not sold to any third party as this is how we verify age and legally protect our homes. Additionally, there is a damage waiver or security deposit that must be chosen after booking on the check in form.



All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.



Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels that exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.



Each property has its own set of house rules. Completing your booking confirms your agreement to follow them. Failure to comply may result in fines or removal without refund.
