Private Basement - Two King Beds and Hot Tub

Welcome to our private and cozy basement retreat with a Hot Tub! Our beautifully furnished basement unit is perfect for couples or solo travelers looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, our basement retreat is just a short drive away from all the best restaurants, shops, and attractions that the Main Street St. Charles has to offer. (Please note to enter the unit you must walk along the side of the house down a hill.)

Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:

A $300 dollar incidentals fee will be held during your stay and will be released up to 7 days after your stay. In the event there are damages to the property, it will be deducted out of this fee.

We are NOT pet friendly at this location.
If you do not honor our pet policy you will be fined $200.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.
