Spacious, comfortable home.

Nicely done. Extra touches. Very clean. We enjoyed the home very much and would book it again! Our only disappointment was the Clubhouse. All those homes and you can't even get food or a cocktail, you have to drive out. The house is great.

Spacious and all the amenities

My family of 5 plus my parents stayed at this property for a few days. Dwight, the property host, was easy to contact and met us at the house after we got settled in. He knows the area well and gave us several tips of things to do and places to eat. The gift basket of snacks and wine was great too. The house was large and very clean. It has TVs in every room with lots of space. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and some basic spices and other odds and ends. The neighborhood is gated and secure. There are 2 pools nearby for the guests use. In the end we were very happy with the stay and would stay here again.

Great property

Large home, very clean, great AC, quiet, solid communication. Just wish pool was bigger and a closer walk, but it worked.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at the property. Snacks and a bottle of wine were provided which was very nice. They had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Dwight - the property contact- was very nice and gave us an overview of the property when we arrived. Unfortunately the dryer was broken when we arrived, but we managed without it. The house was very clean and plenty of toiletries were provided. I would recommend this property for anyone looking for a nice quite stay in the area.

Everything was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again. Fully stocked with all the necessities as well as little things like games and toys for the kids. And thank you for the snacks and wine. Great place!

Great visit to Indio

The house on Grant drive was a perfect location for our seven week visit. It was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. Evelyn and Jeff are friendly and welcoming hosts and helped make the visit a pleasure. We hope to return one day.

Great House!

We stayed in this house while our daughter played in the Sandstorm Lacrosse Tournament. The location was perfect - the subdivision is across the street from the Empire Polo Fields where the event was held. This house has literally everything you could need for a stay - and then some! The owners' small touches around the house were great...robes in the closets, razors in the bathroom, chocolates by the bed, power strips on the nightstands for electronics charging, a fully stocked game cabinet...I could go on and on. The property manager Dwight was super friendly too. I would highly recommend staying here . Hoping our daughter returns to the tournament next year so we can stay again!

An emasculate wee

Our two week stay was wonderful. Everything was clean and well maintained, the beds and living room furniture were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped for any type of meal preparation, and a basket of tempting goodies awaited us on our arrival. So many extras not normally seen in a rental unit were included. The outdoor patio was well furnished and private, with a lovely view of the mountains. The kids enjoyed the variety of games provided. I would definitely recommend this property as a great place to spend a vacation. I am looking forward to a return visit next winter. Edna, Manitoba, Canada.

Very nice and well appointed.

I booked this property for several employees and they absolutely loved it! They reported that it was very nice and well stocked with everything they needed. They enjoyed the fact that each bedroom had a television so that at the end of long work days they could have some privacy and watch a little TV in their own space. They have requested to stay at this lovely home in the future when we travel to the area again. Dwight was very helpful, communicative and lovely to deal with. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Over the top!!

I totally enjoyed my stay! Very clean, homey, and comfortable. The backyard was a delight to sit in and enjoy reading, visiting, and just relaxing. Bed was quite comfortable. I would stay here again. Highly recommend staying here for your getaway!!

Excellent Property

Spacious house with lots of room for two families. Well stocked kitchen. New TV's in every room. We especially liked all the extra item that came with the house (pool toys, travel coffee cups, high chair, crib, board games, coolers). Our only issue all stay was that the BBQ propane ran out one evening. I emailed the manager and it was replaced the next day without any fuss. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect oasis in Indio!!

We had a very enjoyable stay with our family in this spacious & well laid out home! We loved the fact that the master bedroom & ensuite is separate from the other bedrooms making it great for privacy. The kitchen is well equipped was a pleasure to cook in. The owners have thought of everything from cozy robes in the bedrooms to shampoo, soaps, & lotion in the bathroom. The beds are comfortable with nice sheets & plenty of plush throw blankets to make for a delightful sleep. There was a large selection of games available for the game enthusiast. The lush & quiet back yard is perfect for eating or reading a good book. Thank you to our great hosts & their manager for a wonderful stay!! We highly recommend this property to others.
