We enjoyed our stay at Estes Park so much! This house was perfect! The location was great! Very quiet and so serene. Loved mornings and evenings outside by the fire pit. Elk love the back yard and we got to see many during our stay. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful property overlooking Lake Estes and the mountains. Decor was lovely. Place was immaculate. Close to RMNP. We were very comfortable there & highly recommend to others!

The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Even before I booked my questions were answered. The place was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Scenery was beautiful. Easily accessible and close to anything and everything. We would stay here again.

The house is very well maintained. It’s very clean and comfortable. Love that they ask folks to remove their shoes. The location is paramount, on the lake which offers great fishing and you can even catch a glimpse of eagles, elk, and deer. The location is very quiet. The proximity to the Rocky Mountain National Park is also a big plus. We spent a bunch of time in the park. The home is family-friendly. The kitchen is well stocked with several great utensils, pots, pans, etc. Well taken care of. The induction stovetops are different and take a bit to heat food. You should plan to bring foil if you plan to cook at the home. Overall, the house is perfect. We would stay again!

A lovely stay at this unit - the view of the lake from just about every room is amazing. My 10 year old loved walking to the lake and sitting on the rock enjoying the wind and the sun. This is a downstairs unit in a single-family home, but is very spacious and has a feel of a full home - big bright windows everywhere, PLENTY of light, lovely outdoor spaces, just idyllic. The location is a mile from town of Estes, and just around 10 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park (we timed it - it took 25min total to get from the Bear Lake parking lot to our door). Everything was clean and functional. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Trent & Co!

A wonderful property with a scenic view and close walk to the lake. The owners have taken great care to provide everything needed. The house has a warm and caring feel to it. You will feel at home only a short drive from Rocky Mountain National Park and all of Estes Park.

The property had really amazing views and access to Lake Estes. I am a very meticulous and clean person so cleanliness is the most important thing to me and the property met my standards. We’re native to Colorado but it’s been years since we have vacationed locally. We live in Boulder county and wanted to go somewhere close to home so that our grandchildren could experience how beautiful our state is. This lake front house was perfect for visiting Rocky Mountain national Park. We also really enjoyed the 18 hole golf course and seeing the elk on the course in the evening.
