Start your day with a cup of tea on the covered front porch! Plush outdoor furnishings provide the perfect place to relax while taking in the views of Methow Valley.

Back inside the 1,500-square-foot home, you can prepare a mouthwatering breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen boasting modern appliances. Serve it buffet style on the 4-person bar and feast at the 6-person wooden table, with room to expand for 8 guests. If you forgot an ingredient, don’t worry! The grocery store is within walking distance.

Afterward, head to town to explore shops and pick up needed groceries for the rest of your stay. Depending on the time of year, take everyone for a hike or bike ride at Pearrygin Lake State Park!

Once night has fallen, retreat back to the property to unwind in the cozy living area. Watch your favorite shows or movies on the flat-screen cable TV equipped with a DVD Blu-ray Player or start the new novel you've been meaning to read. In the winter, bring along both your downhill and cross-country skis! This property boasts an ideal location close to both forms of this exciting snow sport. Venture to Sun Mountain Lodge and spend a day on the slopes.

Methow Trail, one of the largest cross-country trail systems, is just a 4-minute drive away. Guided snowshoe tours are also available on select Saturdays throughout the winter. Photographers ensure that you bring along your camera to snap the perfect landscape photograph with blooming balsamroot and snow-capped mountains in the background.

If you're looking for speed, venture to Loup Loup Ski Bowl, located only 22 miles south of the property. Relish a day of skiing or snowboarding on 300 acres of diverse terrain ranging from easy to difficult. Kids will love racing down the Wild Wolf Tubing Hill while adults will enjoy staying warm next to the outdoor fire pit.

In the spring or summer, hike, mountain bike, boat and much more in the Methow Wildlife Area and Pearrygin Lake State Park, located just north of the property. Additional hiking and mountain climbing is available at Patterson Mountain and Chickadee Trailhead, both a quick 15-minute drive away.

Golfers will love spending a day on the green at Bear Creek Golf Course, a hidden gem located in the beautiful Methow Valley!

After a long day in the great outdoors, head back to town for a superb meal at locally sourced Arrowleaf Bistro within walking distance, or listen to live music at Schoolhouse Brewery!
