**BUILDING RESTORATION PROJECT happening in 2026. Rates have been lowered accordingly to reflect any disruption to your stay. Pool, hot tub, Tennis/pickleball Courts, beautifully remodeled in 2024! (No Pets allowed)This condo has been charmingly redecorated in 2024. The bathroom is remodeled, there are all new appliances and a King size bed with flat screen TV in the bedroom and living room. BayShores is located on a thin strip between the Gulf Coast Beaches and the Intercoastal Waterway called The Narrows. The white sand of Indian Rocks Beach awaits you only steps across the street. (3 minute walk) This condo has a peaceful and gorgeous view of the intercoastal waterway from your private balcony where you can watch dolphins, manatees and a parade of boats day and night. The building has a large heated pool and hot tub. Walk to restaurants, a great nearby coffee shop, salons, pubs and enjoy discounted miniature golf at Smuggler's Cove right next door! Your vacation will never be long enough!

Nice Beach Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay, the location was great with just a short walk to the beach and some nice restaurants within walking distance. We appreciated the amenities provided, the quietness of the condo building as a whole, the peaceful views off the balcony, and would definitely recommend!

Dated condo across the street from the beach.

The location is great if all you want is to enjoy the beach, it wide, already cleaned and very quiet. There is not much in the area. Couple of restaurants walking distance and a minigolf next door. Laundry facilities are not included in the rental and located on the 4th floor of the building. Gym is also extra and quite expensive to use. Saunas were out of order when we stayed. Property has a small swimming pool, its nice and heated. There are good 2 grills in the pool area. The unit we rented was small,one bedroom with the tiniest kitchen. It did have pots,pans, plates, glassware and silverware. All were very greasy , had to run them thru dishwasher the first day. Unit didn’t have even the starter dishwasher pods, had to drive and buy some right the way. Unit had beach chairs,beach cart and umbrella,which was very nice. The overall cleanness of the unit was less the average. Kitchen cabinets,under the bed and sofa and all floor corners were not cleaned for ages. Communication with property manager was prompt and efficient. Overall, the unit would be good to rent for 2 people seeking quiet beach time,provided its cleaned well.

Perfect beach condo!

Communication with Chuck and Melinda from booking through checkout was very prompt, exceeding my expectations. The checkin process was easy. The unit is only a few minutes walk to the beach and they have everything you could need - towels, cart, chairs, umbrella and coolers. The only reason I gave 4 stars on accuracy of listing info is because the listing says there is a full size futon. There is only a couch. I had a friend stay for a couple of the nights, so the couch worked out fine. But if someone is planning for a futon, they'll be disappointed. Overall, great place. I highly recommend and would book again.

Nice place

The condo was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. All of the beach equipment was perfect. (chairs & cart) The balcony had a great view of the intercostal making for a great place to relax.The only negatives were, no washer & dryer in the unit, and the kitchen cabinets needing an update.

Indian Rocks vacation

Condo was perfect for us! Great location, trolley close by. Everything we needed was provided by owners. We used the beach cart every day. View of intercostal from balcony was beautiful!

Already Planning my Return

Amazing. The unit was recently refurbished and everything was bright and clean. The complex also has great amenities and is only a short walk (1/10th mile) from being on the beach. Water pressure and shower head combo is perfect for washing off all the salt and sunscreen from a day enjoying the outdoors. If I had to be picky, the oven was slow to heat up and the pillows were a bit lackluster - otherwise it is PERFECT. Did I mention they even provide beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, cart, etc? IDEAL. Can't wait for my next visit!

Wonderful

Clean, comfortable, brand new kitchen appliances, fresh paint several months ago, new comfortable chairs on the balcony, beach chairs and cart. I could go on, but suffice it to say that you can't go wrong booking this unit. We already have for 2025.

Loved our stay in 2021 and 2022.

Chuck & Melinda are great hosts and great to work with. And quick responses to any questions. We’ve stayed their twice. We loved sitting on the porch in the mornings and evenings. Saw a few dolphins. Short walk to beach, just across the street and near lots of great restaurants.

Ideal spot for relaxing near everything

2nd time in this wonderful location. Spent much of the time there in the pool and on the full-length balcony watching boats go by and dolphins playing. A simple walk across the street and you're on the powdery sands of the gulf. All serene and happy. Hop in the car and 10 mins later you can have awesome nightlife and shopping. Salt Rock Grille 2 doors down is fantastic. Hosts are very nice and receptive. I hope to return.

Great location for beach lovers

This Condo is in a great location for walking to beach and restaurants in Indian Shores area. It is spacious and comfortable and has everything neccessary for trips to beach.

Good, but……

For the most part, the condo was as written in description. Only drawback was that the unit was located right near the elevator. You heard every time the elevator was being used. As we weren’t in the unit much of the day this wasn’t a problem, but being woken up at 5 am a couple of days was not pleasant. The closeness of the elevator was never mentioned in the unit description.

Great condo

This is a great condo, very clean and nicely furnished. Covered parking near elevator very convenient. Beach is a short walk across street. Condo includes beach chairs and umbrella and the best beach cart we’ve ever used to easily haul stuff to beach and back. Neighbors sit out on hallway walkways to take advantage of sun and they were all very friendly. Top floor of building is great to watch sunsets and we got to watch a rocket launch from patio on top floor of building that faces east.

Great place hands down!

My wife and I stayed for 17 days it was a great condo with views views every morning to sit on the balcony and watch the parade of boats wow. The condo was clean had all we wanted close to everything. Great!

The condo was great and is well cared for and managed very well. The only negatives were the lack of in unit washer/dryer and the pool, although enjoyable on the intercoastal, loses sun really early, ending the pool/sundeck area too early. Not the fault of the owner, just a negative about the property.

spectacular week

Wonderful location, close to everything. Even went to Dali Musiem and Chiluly Glass Exhibit. Restaurants were available a dime a dozen.

We love the community feel of the building and we also really like being right on the intercoastal with the beach just across the street! This is a fabulous area with much to do!

You are only about 1 1/2 hours away from all the Disney attractions, but yet you can get an uncrowded, peaceful beach area which is very family friendly!
