The Wischis Florida Home – Ocean Pearl is a luxurious and very spacious vacation home in Cape Coral's desirable Palaco Grande neighborhood. On 2,900 sqft you will find 4 bedrooms (each with a king-size bed and TV), 3 bathrooms, a comfortable living area with large-screen TV, plus an office for those who need to get a little work done even while on vacation.
The highlight is the large patio with pool and spa overlooking the wide canal – plenty of room for fun in the Florida sun, outdoor dining, or simply relaxing with a view. Within just 5 minutes by boat you reach the river, from where it's only a short ride to the white-sand beaches of Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach.
The brand new kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, and you can enjoy your meals at the large dining table, breakfast bar, or outdoors by the pool. Bed linens, towels, and free high-speed internet are of course provided.

Property was spotless and well appointed. Property mgmt company easy to deal with l. Nice 4 bedroom 3 bath house with great pool And hot tub and outdoor living space. Would recommend to families. Would definitely stay here again.

Ocean Pearl

This property is exactly it’s name. Everything about it is wonderful. From the beautifully manicured yard, comfortable king size beds in every room, cleanliness of the entire house to the beautiful pool and tranquil view. This house truly is an Ocean Pearl.

Wonderful place for vacation

This home was wonderful!!! The pool area was spacious and comfortable. The home was large and bedrooms were huge and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was not as stocked as we are used to in rentals, but adequate for basic kitchen use. There were a few issues with not getting the emails sent, but once i provided a different email communication was better. We were also missing some basic items such as hot pads in the kitchen, but they were responsive and dropped some off the next day. Overall an amazing place to stay!!! We loved it!

Plenty of Room To Relax & A Pool With A View

We wanted a quiet neighborhood with a nice pool and a canal view that wasn't claustrophobic, and this place delivered. There was plenty of space poolside, under the lanai for anyone who wanted to enjoy the sun. More importantly, there is a great covered area when you need a break from its rays to cool off. We ate all of our meals in this covered, fan-cooled area. It made the two dining areas inside obsolete, but we couldn't pass on the chance to be outside. 3 of 4 BRs are large and the 4th is more than adequate - as our the 3 full Baths. Maybe it is just because we enjoy cooking so much (stores are close by), but our only criticism is that the appliances and kitchen tools are not on par with the house. But if you eat out - who cares! A funny aside is that there was some confusion at check in. The problem was addressed swiftly and with good humor. We all had a great time!

Wonderful stay

The property was exactly as pictured! We had no issues or problems! It was very clean and comfortable. We were there for a week playing baseball games. I would absolutely book this property again!

Cannot wait to return

This house was perfect for me and my siblings to escape. A king size bed in EVERY room, a large gathering indoor room, a large lanai for hanging out and the beautiful pool/hot tub! Sadly, as things happen, upon our arrival, the pool/hot tub heater decided not to work anymore and unfortunately in this current day, parts and equipment are not available quickly. We were still able to use the pool during the day and made the best of an unfortunate situation. Wischis was on top of all communication and compensated us for the inconvenience. This VRBO is in a beautiful neighborhood, the neighbors are very friendly, and it is close to shopping, restaurants, and beaches. We cannot wait to return next year.

Loved the neighborhood!

This is a very large home with four bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed. Beds were comfortable. The patio area was huge. Would have been nice if the pool had been warm enough to enjoy but did enjoy many hours relaxing in the pool area. Sandra was very helpful with any questions we had.

Great stay over Christmas

Wonderful stay over Christmas and New Years. Everything appeared as in the photos, very accomodating host. Used the outdoor eating area often with the fantastic weather.

Great Vacation House

Horrible Experience. Scamming. Sneaky snakes

Rented property for 6 adults and had guest over who came to visit us while we where there. Upon arrival, a/c didn't work. (A set up, for them to purposely come sneaking around and taking pictures of my family. ) They sent someone late night to come fix the a/c that they claimed was left at or below 74° which caused the unit to freeze/frost. When the truth is when we checked in around 5pm the a/c was set to 80 and not turned on. Secondly, the next day before we left to the beach, a random guy comes in to "change out the air filter".....as so as we left.... this guy must have been the one who reported our visitors. The property management sent us an email after we left demanding we breached the contract to leave immediately. Refuses to discuss further and will no claim to refund our money. We were escorted immediately when packed up all our stuff that we had packed for the 5 days we were there. It was very unprofessional. Both the lady and man whom we delt with were both very aggressive and defensive off the bat. Came off looking to debate, argue and was very hostile. No explanations, no apologies. They gave us no room to explain...it was just the worst experience every. Do not book this property or any property managed by this group (Wischis-FL). They are the most difficult and most outrageously rude ppl we've ever delt with.

Peaceful Oasis

We loved our stay at Ocean Pearl! My teenagers loved having separate bedrooms with king size beds, and we all loved the pool (during the day) and spa (in the evenings when it cooled off). The canal provided privacy and tranquility that we really appreciated. Although the house is not new, it is well maintained and provided all the amenities and space our family needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Great home!

The house was very clean and comfortable. Beds were extremely comfortable. The pool and spa took a little bit of effort to learn how to operate the heat, but they did include pictures on where and how to operate them. One of the important things for us was the internet speed as we worked remotely from the house during our stay. The internet speed was acceptable (around 200mbps), but the Wifi router was not. We could only get that speed if we were plugged directly into the router (which thankfully was in the office). The wifi was extremely slow, to the point that the TV's that ran off wifi would sometimes not get a strong enough signal to work properly. The house would benefit from updating the WIFI router. The house is in a very nice neighborhood. We had multiple neighbors say "hi". Friendly people walking their pets was common to see. The canal in the back of the house is quite large and accommodates some large boats. It was nice to sit and watch. Very relaxing pool area.
