Located on the amenities deck level, enjoy direct access to the oversized hot tub, outdoor fireplaces, Adirondack lounging chairs and grill stations. Plus, the ski lift is just a short walk away! No pets/animals allowed.
The Space Luxe Ski-In/Ski-Out Condo 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath, Full Kitchen – Sleeps 4 (1 king, 1 sleeper sofa) Private patio w/ direct access to the amenities deck WiFi, 50” smart TV plus Xfinity cable Just 150 yards to the main Gondola Private ski locker & dedicated bike cages Heated underground garage ($21/day in ski season; free otherwise), least expensive option in the village)
Dine your way—grill on the deck, cook in the fully equipped kitchen (stainless steel appliances, dining for 4), or enjoy incredible restaurants just a short walk away.
Potential for Noise: You may hear a train whistle during your stay from the Winter Park train station / train. Refunds will not apply due to expected train-related noise.
Parking Garage: The Town of Winter Park sets a winter and summer parking season which are subject to change at their discretion. Summer parking is FREE. Winter garage parking is approximately $24 per night and you are required to make this reservation directly with the parking garage. We will provide a link and discount code for you after booking this property. You will receive detailed parking garage instructions before arrival. Parking reservations can be cancelled if necessary. Use of the parking garage is required to book this unit as there is no other available parking.
Building Amenities (Amenities Deck - Hot Tubs, Grill Stations, etc.): Resort amenities are controlled and maintained by the Winter Park Resort. Mountain West Vacation Rentals has no control, nor can be held responsible for any closures or mechanical issues. Hours are set by the Resort and any after hours access will be considered a trespassing violation by the Resort with possible fines and/or removal from the premises without refund. There is no guard around the community hot tubs - use at your own risk.
Ski Locker: Your reservation includes a complimentary ski locker. Access information will be included in your check-in details. Skis and snowboards cannot be in the property or on patios/balconies, violations will incur penalty fees.
Bike / Bicycle Storage: Your reservation includes a complimentary bike storage in the parking garage. Access information will be included in your check-in details. Bikes / Bicycles cannot be in the property or on patios/balconies, violations will incur penalty fees.
Do not leave trash or recycling in the common areas or hallways of the building. There are clearly marked Trash Rooms in the building on each floor by the elevator. Any violations will incur a $100.00 fine for each occurrence will be the responsibility of the guest.
Winter Travel Advisory: Colorado's traction law requires 4WD/AWD during winter months. Snow can occur anytime—vehicles without proper traction may not reach the property. No refunds for weather-related travel issues. We recommend 3rd-party travel insurance for peace of mind. No refunds will be provided due to road / travel issues including road closures or mountain pass availability.

Exceptional Property!
We loved our time at First Chair at Fraser Crossing. The condo was the perfect size, very spacious and well appointed. The furniture was in excellent condition and very comfortable. The bed was comfortable.We enjoyed the hot tub being steps away and the gondola was only a 5 minute walk from the entrance. The laundry room was convenient also and we used it twice.Communication with management was excellent and fast. We will stay here again.

Great condo! The host was very responsive and checked in often to see if we needed anything. The unit was clean, super close to the mountain/base, and included many amenities. Would definitely stay again!

Nice spot close to the slopes. Has everything you need, but would not call it luxury. Not a lot of natural light, but it doesn't matter if you are skiing. Management was responsive.

Great location, being across the road from the gondola and several restaurants and shops. Also great location within the building, as you can walk outside your patio directly to the hot tub! Would stay again!

An AMAZING and luxurious stay just about as close to the lifts as you can get - definitely worth every penny
