Four Seasons is a 4-bedroom, 4 and 1/2 bath mountain retreat in the sought-after Highline Community, offering year-round fun and unbeatable convenience. In winter, you can walk to the Boulder Ridge chairlift (#4) or take a nearby path that leads directly to the expert slope, Main Street. Skiers and snowboarders in your group will love being so close to the action! When the weather warms, adventure is still just steps away—you can walk to the Adventure Sports Center International for a thrilling guided white-water rafting experience on their manmade river. Plus, two of the area's most popular golf courses are less than three miles from your door: Lodestone Golf Course, designed by three-time U.S. Open Champion Hale Irwin, and Fantasy Valley at Wisp Resort, known for its breathtaking mountain views and challenging layout.
Back at the house, the main floor features a warm and inviting living room with a stone fireplace, a modern kitchen, and a dining room that opens to a spacious deck—perfect for gathering after a day of play. The upstairs loft has a pool table for game night, while the lower level offers even more entertainment with a family room, second fireplace, foosball, and a wet bar. Step outside to relax in the bubbling hot tub or shoot some hoops on the driveway basketball hoop. With four bedrooms—three with queen beds and one with four sets of twin bunks—everyone has a comfortable place to recharge. One of the bedrooms is also equipped with a desk and chair, making it easy to sneak in a little work if needed.

*This home's kitchen is equipped with a standard and k-cup style coffee pot.
*Max parking spaces for this home is 6; garage access is not available
*This is a non-smoking/vaping property
*Check-in is between 4 pm- 9 pm; Check-out is by 10 am.
*Minimum age to rent is 25.
WHAT TO BRING:
Please plan to bring your own supplies. One bath towel and one washcloth per person will be provided. Homes are equipped with cookware, dishes, drinkware, utensils, and bed linens for the max occupancy of the home. Propane will be provided for all propane grills; any refill requests can be made during normal business hours. Some items NOT provided include: paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, beach towels, firewood and makeup remover wipes (recommended to avoid fees for towel damage).
PETS:
This home is not pet-friendly. Undisclosed pets will be charged a fee equal to 3x the standard pet fee, per pet.
WINTER RESERVATIONS:
A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.
RESERVATION PROCESS:
WITHIN 24 HRS OF BOOKING, sign the Rental Agreement to begin receiving your pre-arrival information. (Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement.) Once completed, your check-in instructions and door code will be automatically sent ONE DAY PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. If you do not receive this info, please check your spam folder first. If it is still missing, contact us before 4 pm to ensure a smooth check-in.
