Pet Policy:

• A $100 fee applies per month for up to 2 pets (excluding service and emotional support animals)

• All pets must be kenneled and house trained

• All pets must be leashed at all times if outside the home

• All pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed in garbage cans outside of home

• All pets must be kept off the furniture and bedding

• All guests assume responsibility for any damages or injuries caused by their pets



House Rules:

• No parties or large gatherings

• No drugs or illegal substances

• No other misconduct
