Inside, the original 100-year-old oak floors have been beautifully refinished, setting the stage for a mix of Spanish details and bohemian style that’s both fun and sophisticated.

The living room is cozy and full of personality, featuring an electric fireplace for warm ambiance and a 55-inch smart TV for movie nights, game days, or streaming your favorite shows in style. The kitchen is brand new with modern appliances, perfect for cooking up meals or mixing a sunset cocktail. Both bathrooms have been fully renovated with spa-inspired touches, including a dreamy primary suite with double shower heads and an oversized walk-in entry that feels like your own mini resort. A washer and dryer make vacation living even easier.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
