Nature Villa - hideaway with stunning view

The luxury nature villa is a dreamhouse for all nature lovers or the perfect honeymoon house with lots o privacy. Koyao Sunrise Villa is generously designed in a contemporary style, inspired by traditional elements and tastefully decorated with Thai furniture and art. The open tropical architecture with cement structure and local woods, bamboo and thatched roof favouring natural air circulation and is very comfortable to stay during day and night. The estate consists of 2 twostory buildings:
1) Main Villa with seaview:
-Groundfloor with pation; open living with sundeck; diningroom with eat-in-kitchen and storage
-First floor with spacious (37m2) bedroom with walkin closet; half-open bathroom and all surrounded by a terrace /sundeck with beautiful view.
2) Guesthouse with gardenview:
-Groundfloor with aircon and sliding windows with queensize bed and daybed
-Indoor bathroom with shower and sep Toilet as well as outdoor shower place
-First floor with spacious bedroom (33m2) with terrace.

The modern cement kitchen is fully equipped. The large table offers seats up to 8 persons.
A/C is in 1 room only, natural air circulation is granted in the other rooms due to the construction. In addition, fans are available.

The 2 houses are nestled into the hillside in a natural garden, surrounded by luscious green and overlooking the sea with the fascinating limestone formation and the island landscape. Public sandy beaches can be reached within 5 - 10 min. walking distance. A choice of restaurants, little bars and shopping facilities are in vicinity.
The main village and the piers for Phuket or Krabi can be reached within 20 min by taxi or motorbike.
Motorbikes or bikesl can be provided by the local manager. Tour operator for excursions, diving boats or canooing are in vicinity.
